    No, I had this issue, if you are attempting to use Arma II Free with it, when moving your Arma II Free Addons into your Arma II Operation Arrowhead Extension Addons folder, click "Do not copy" when prompted, this will not overwrite the current files and will fix your UI bugs. Good luck. Pardon me, I read the OP wrong, this is the solution to a similar bug.

    Bump. Same issue, the solution is to click the green box that sticks outside of the inventory, some things are impossible to click as they do not stick out of the inventory. This bug occurs on any server. Note: I am using Arma II free (may pick Arma II up if it goes on sale) and Arma II Operation Arrowhead (paid for).
