Because all he did was pasting audio on gameplay vids? Using a video editor and putting sound clips isn't going to earn you a job inside a gaming studio in the audio department. Implementing audio INTO the game is an entirely different story and a whole set of headaches that an experienced sound designer that has studied for this line of work is suited for. -

Now now. We have to take into consideration that we have an I Am Legend scenario here, in which the prion was a virus that killed. The zombies were merely a byproduct that had a chance of happening. I don't see a reason to go crying about a gun that is on hold. Plus, we're getting the AKM and the SVD, which is a good thing. So, OP, you might want to have patience and not go to the forums to cry at us. AKM SVD

Ah, you silly, there's already trading in the game. No system has to be implemented, you only have trust to help you trade. Who knows if the guy wants something you have and after the trade you receive a bullet in your skull?

It could be said that Arma 2 takes part of DayZ's lore since we have items that link it to the events that have happened on the campaign on Chernarus.

How would I act. I... Would die from the prion virus. I would be part of the percent of the population that got decimated by the virus. I don't think I would even turn into a zombie or be part of the 2% of the population that are immune.

A year wait until the game is fully released? Haven't you heard? Game will enter beta stage at the end of this year. So I could say we can expect the game to be released fully in about the near end of 2015.

Then why did you say that the map itself is set in Russia? WTF. The map itself is a fictional country, entirely independent from Russia although it used to be part of the USSR. -

+ A lot of clothes, zombie improvements (Don't remove their ability to clip through buildings), a lot of weapons with their respected munitions, a weight factor, and different uses for shoes. If you go jogging on leather shoes then you get hurt feet de-buff.
