Also, you need to convey your own friendliness with clarity. Help all the people you can, kill people who don't listen to reason as one might have to in life-or-death situations. That is all. I'm all for armbands but anyone should be able to wear any colour as they are just a regular clothing item. You should make them by ripping up T-shirts of certain colours, they must not magically appear after killing x amount of people. I think you guys, you who are "non-KoSers" (friendlies), should form like-minded societies and congregate on chosen servers. Gather en-masse at a town and take it over. Post armed people around town and on rooftops as "guardians" so that they can safeguard the majority. Think of the series Jericho and how the entire town banded together to safeguard themselves and their resources.

I kinda like the armband thing, as long as anyone can wear any colour. Don't bring back the bandit, hero, and survivor skins though. Its lame. The current clothing mechanic is way better. Its much more fun to test people's behaviour to find out what kind of person they are because everyone looks unique now.

NO. Do you ever post anything? Like I keep saying, if you don't want to be killed on sight then don't be seen. Stick to the shadows, the treeline, stay low, stick to cover, be aware of your surroundings. If I can't see you, I can't shoot you. This isn't Call of Duty or Battlefield, its more like Thief, but with zombies. Role-players should band together and form their own little communities on servers and forums. Then they can defend their towns from raiders and bandits, as one would during a real apocalypse.

Aww that's cute. DayZ is still in Alpha and you were warned it would have MAJOR, GAME BREAKING bugs when you bought it, yet you got it anyway. It will still be in Alpha for the next year at least. If the bugs are bothering you now, try playing again in a month or so after a couple patches. Games/programs in Alpha ALWAYS have bugs.

Yes it is. Its the Real Virtuality engine that's been heavily modified to be more like an MMO than ARMA. In fact I think when its done it will be a completely different engine, only with RV tech used here and there.
