I've seen some great suggestions on this forum thus far and I'd like to add this... EvE online is the only other MMO that i've played and i think its char creation is great. Pick your gender, size, height, weight, hair style, beards, tats, scars etc etc It would just give us all a more individual character. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yo9L8d-5x20

Got about 80+ hours on my main char, not died since December. I've one on the experimental servers as well who's died a good few times though...

I personally like the idea having played eve for 10 years on and off myself. Thing is with eve, if your clones up to date your skills are safe if you die, obviously we'd have no clone in Dayz... 1 life live it? My question is, Could a skill tree be implemented into Dayz though?

I'd like to see a bigger map too. Seen a post (on twitter i think) about Dean Hall wanting a snow region, so who knows...

Military gear is so 2013, i'm a cowboy now. Might rock out in a biker get up soon tho... B)

There are lakes, ponds, streams near the spawn points so wouldn't worry too much about finding soda, you can find wells in towns and villages. Youll probably find that the houses around you have been looted already so food might be scarce, if ive been desperate i double check these houses anyway cos people sometimes miss food. Basically get off the coast and head inland ;)

Make it craftable, apocalyptic and maybe steer away from military loot. I go out of my way to find the items so i can craft the improvised backpack. Recipe: Soda can, duct tape & spray can (for overall gun colour when crafted or just stick with the red can of pipsi on the end of your revolver)

Simply the option to eat all when consuming :beans: ..... :emptycan: :thumbsup: ?

Yay its in, just noticed on the experimental branch :D However does it actually work properly, cos i've just eaten a tin of beans and sardines and I'm nut energized :emptycan: :rolleyes:

Not today's hotfix but from the previous patch. Basically i've had sessions on Friday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, roughly 6-8 hours and not eaten anything ?! My char is highlighted green healthy, energized and hydrated. Every now and then i do need a drink cos hydrated fades. My screen is in full colour and not black and white. Am i bugged and really starving to death lol ? Anybody else experiencing this ?

Ive had Dayz since the 2nd day of release and this char is as old as that lol. Ill try not drinking soda and just drink water. At this rate my current stash of beans are going to go past their sell by date :-)

You can zoom out to adjust the whole body or zoom in to manipulate the fine details. This allows for incredibly diverse options for physical appearance for each race and bloodline. You have a lot of options available to you to alter details, such as eye color, hair and clothing. You can also randomize your appearance, which can be a good place to start if you feel a little overwhelmed with the options. The customization options are split into 7 categories on the right hand side of the character creator window, detailed briefly below. Shape - You can manipulate your characters apparent weight and muscularity.Complexion - You can alter your character's skin tone and add effects such as aging, scarring and freckles.Eyes - You can select from a variety of different eye appearance as well as select your character's eye color.Hair - You can set your character's hair style as well as the hair color, beard style (for males) and eyebrows.Makeup - You can apply and tweak details such as eye shadow, eyeliner, blush and lipstick for your character. The males have many of the options available to them as well.Clothes - Select your character's basic attire. Did you see eve when it came out 10 years ago? i bet at that point nobody would have thought it possible for something like this as well. ;)

Ye my pc hung earlier when it was raining, thundering and lightning. saw some reports earlier of memory leak, maybe thats the cause ?

To go with the school kids bag maybe lol ? Nah, i'd just posted something about ammo getting ruined, at a guess i'd say the ammo box safe guards this somewhat ? So what about keeping food safe... Packed lunch box maybe ?? :D
