I agree. Combat loggers and server hoppers are little bitches. I was browsing the new player discussion earlier to offer assistance where I can, and stumped upon no less than 3 (I was there for less than 5 minutes) posts where people recommended to new players to find a good place to get gear, leave the server, and join a new one. And that to save their gear they should log out - even if they just get hit by a zombie or something. Freaking ridiculous.

Not at all. But people running around pantsless, yelling at people to square up, is just plain stupid. Yes it's a sandbox, but it's supposed to be a survival game - not a game that people go around yelling prepubescent insults over comms while running at you with no pants on and their fists up. Tell me how that's fun to experience?

I agree with both of you. Sneak around zombies, when they become a threat, and find a proper weapon if you hope to survive. Not to mention I can't tell you how many times I've went to watch a streamer link someone sent me only to see the streamer playing as a fresh spawn yelling "WANNA GO, BRO?" or "SQUARE UP SON!" in direct chat as they run at them with their fists. It's retarded to do and retarded to watch.

This I agree with. I always discourage and despise when developers choose to use Twitter instead of their official forums to post updates. I don't use twitter so I am missing out on pictures, videos, small update announcements and the like. I agree with you there and hope that changes.

I can objectively look at things. Not once did I say the current state of the game was perfect. But it shouldn't be. There is a difference between being a fanboy, as so many whiners are accustomed to calling people who don't bitch, and saying that complaining about the game progress will only make it worse - not better. I also am not going to explain the fundamental differences between creating your own game from scratch, and using an existing game's code and assets to create a mod.

Yeah. I'm sure there are more people than just me that are getting tired of constantly saying "It's alpha".. as much as others are getting tired of reading it. I long for the day people will start being able to read and I'll finally be able to stop saying that it's an alpha game.

It won't stop. Every day there are about 20 KOS QQ threads, 30 "omg theres nothing to do" threads, and at least 10 "Omg the game is a scam it'll never be done" threads.

I agree, but also realize that the more that people scream "MOAR MOAR MOAR" the better chance the game has of having rushed, unfixable features down the road. I want the game to be perfect, and it can be provided people stop making the complaints that there's nothing to do or that there's no guns. There is as much to do in this game as you allow yourself to do.

I agree. I doubt it will take that long, but I mean, think of how much time people have already put into this game. It's in early access and costs 30$... I've gotten more fun and entertainment and hours on this game than most 60$ games released in the last year. That says something. I am seriously about to keel over from the amount of whining on the forums though. I may need to take a week or two off from coming here lol
