Ill have to try this later because I have the same issue sometimes. -
With my second character, I ran North for what felt like forever, ending up at the edge of developed landscape. Everything just becomes a wide grass plain with no buildings or trees.

I just noticed the 100 last night and was wondering what that was since I knew it wasnt the amount of ammo I had...which is zero.

Id like the fog as long as it was localized to some areas and maybe not every single night...I wouldnt want it to be too much like Silent Hill even though that game did scare the crap out of me back in the day.

I need to head to a base already because Ive been carrying an empty M4 for like two days...not a single bullet in Cherno or any other town Ive hit while heading North for me to even use to cheat with. -

Some label themselves as 24/7 day servers, but I usually just go by how many people are on the server. Its not perfect because sometimes a day server just has a low population on it, but thats typically how I go about it...FInd a good ping and then look at populations.

I think I need to download Arma II and the mod already. Im pretty comfortable with the game now and feel like Im missing out on a lot of stuff since the mod is so much further along in that regard.

For the last two days I cant find a backpack of any sort. Ive checked several small towns while heading North, all around in Elektro during my first visit there last night, and I also checked some buildings on the edge of Cherno before somehow teleporting off a roof, floating there momentarily like Wile E Coyote, then falling to my death. During my first few days of playing, I always cam across something to store my stuff in, but now Im struggling to find anything along those lines and can barely hold anything. is this due to an update or am I just not looking in the right places?

I logged out in Cherno and when I logged back in I was basically sitting on a zombies lap. It was the middle of the night, so I got real lucky because he didnt seem to notice me until after I noticed him.

My g/f is very understanding, but only so...Shes into playing Mario and other classic games on the arcade cabinet Im building, but thats about it.

Im foolishly attached to my character right now, but I think he is going to encounter a freak gasoline fight accident tonight. (Zoolander anyone?)

Cool story and Im starting to feel the same way. I avoided night servers until two nights ago where I finally gave it a shot, and after the initial adjustment period, Its becoming quite fun. I must have been attacked by 8 zombies in a 20 second period while wandering through Cherno last night and I couldnt see each one until it was pouncing in my direction. I could hear more coming, so I just put the axe away and fled. haha

Finally finding a fireaxe made my life considerably easier..goodbye pipe wrench!

I ve been playing for over a week now and Ive always had good performance from my PC and been able to find a few good servers need be. Tonight I log on and I must be getting like 10 fps. Even being away from any buildings and such, its still super choppy and skipping all over. The sound is skipping so bad that I had to just turn it off. Ive tried like ten servers now and its the same thing with all of them.

I sit on the hills outside Elektro and write haiku poetry until I die. Zombies and m4's I feel like having a drink You are unconscious

I had 5 or 6 zombies notice me, and chase me, at the same time while in Elektro the other night and that by itself was enough to deal with since I play alone. I also came across a zombie hiding inside a house for the first time. The bastard was behind the open door I went though and scared the crap out of me. (Both doors were open, so I dont know if he followed someone else in there or what.) I think zombie hordes and "hiding" zombies would be more fun than super zombies. Maybe incorporate zombies who died with armor on, like in the prison on Walking Dead. That way theyre still the same zombies, but maybe take a little more to dispatch.

The friendlies Ive encountered were always people who had recently spawned right by where I spawned, so neither of us had much to lose. We didnt stick together too long though, so that might have changed once I had something they wanted. -
I was having the same issue where I was easily finding an m4 in Elektro, but not finding a single bullet for it anywhere in town. Ill check out Blota as well...Im ashamed to admit Ive yet to go there.
