Nice video, seemed like a nice bit of action. Ive yet to encounter anything that exciting.

Cool story. I found several vests in that shipwreck the one time I spawned kind of by it. Two or three were press vests and a mix of some others.

I spawned near a large ship wreck with shipping containers all over, but instead of a down jacket, I found literally like ten different vests in it...Three or four of them were press vests while the others were a mix of other types.

A week or so ago, I was seeing servers labeled "no KOS" and such, but now it seems theyre no more. I dont tell people what to do with their money, but I probably wouldnt invest in that just yet.

Ive heard about the cold being a problem in the mod, but has that been put in place in SA yet or can you run around in your undies without problem for now?

Ive never let someone handcuff me and wouldnt let someone put a sack on my head either. My gear means little to me and I find the beginning of a new character is often more fun than when Im wandering around with even more gear than I need.

I was pretty startled the first time a zombie followed me upstairs like a week ago, but when she got the top where I was, she just turned around and went back downstairs to the area below where I was.

I couldnt tell you where it was or what it was called, but I came across what was either a jail or military compound in the middle of some woods.(it had guard towers on each corner, a central large building, and some smaller buildings all surrounded by one large wall with only one gate entrance.) There were no zombies and even on a crowded server I didnt see a single soul while I hung out there. After a little bit though, I actually became quite uncomfortable hanging out there...like some sort of paranoia crept up on me. I guess my play style has always been: find a spot, eyeball it for a bit to check for exits, attack points, other players, etc, then make my move and see what it has to offer. I rarely stay anywhere very long really unless Im on a night server with few people and looking to get some loot on an airfield or something.

Space brings the gun up and right click will zoom to the sight/scope I think...

Even if its a cheap one, having a headset lets you communicate and might help keep you alive a little longer...plus grouping up and having people to roam around with kind of requires one. haha

Maybe...perhaps even probably, but different neighborhoods would have different results. Youd also not be the only one with that idea and theres no server restarts in real life to bring back the loot.

I didnt find an m4 or mosin for several hours when I first started, but I think that was as much me not knowing where to look as it is how much of it is actually out there. Now I just need time to run to certain locations and Im almost guaranteed to find some weapons...id like to see what weapons they add over time before deciding if theres too much too often. I do agree though that Id get bored if I had to spend 20 hours trying to find one working gun, regardless of how it would be if this were a real life scenario.

The typical form of communication Ive encountered is a bullet coming from some unseen location and then a black screen. I helped bambis the one night for a couple hours, but even then there wasnt much response to me.

I bought the bundle today, went home to try it out, and found out my hard drive had died on me. I've got the new one, but I'm stuck in class til ten sadly. I hope to try the mod tonight at some point just to have some different stuff to do.

First time I played on a night server freaked me right out. Running through Cherno and just hearing all the zombies around me heading my way. A zombie had tried to hit me and when it missed it made a loud, ricochet like noise which brought all his friends right to me. I killed a couple and then decided to bail because I was alone with my splitting axe.

That was incredible. I would totally let Lucius Fox live.

Id like to come across more signs of sudden death as well. Ive seen the bus on the coast that has a bunch of bodies next to it, but not too much more.
