Is the town bigger than it appears on this map?

Gotta agree with Grimey. If you're not into the survival aspect of the game, then maybe it's not for you. At the moment it's incredibly easy to survive. Just gotta get some good food in your tummy and you're good to go! (water is everywhere) At the moment there really is no survival aspect to the game. I cannot wait till I find myself in the predicament where I am dehydrated and have to decide whether or not to drink pond water. It may save my life, but it just might be the end of me. :) Or even where you have to boil water or use purification tablets in order to drink it. Makes total sense and adds much depth to the game!

Agreed. I was glad someone put the effort into it as I certainly wasn't gonna do it, haha.

Yeah, so far zombie respawing is only in experimental. It's a placeholder though.

Yeah - but that doesn't really make sense if you're jogging or sprinting anyway. If anything, you should bleed faster while moving. Putting pressure on a giant gash wont help much if you're running a marathon. As Pillock stated, the injury mechanics are WIP and thus far this is what we have so relax a bit. Also, there's NO WAY that "three towns" were completely looted of t-shirts. I call BS.

Calm down man, it's a game. It's very hard to get your point across when you swear and post with extreme rage. Blood loss is super slow right now. You can bleed for like 20 minutes before dying it seems lol. At any rate, any player will tell you to keep bandages on you. Not one, not two, but SEVERAL bandages in different locations. Every time you come across a worn/pristine shirt, rip that shit up and make rags! :D As for your suggestion, it sounds.. decent. But it should only be possible to put pressure on the wound if you're not moving or, at a maximum, walking. It would be counter intuitive to SPRINT while you're also holding the wound to prevent bleeding. I think that you should bleed faster with faster movement, with sprinting leading to the fastest bleeding. That way it could be useful to hold the wound if you're waiting for a buddy to come patch you up.

Honestly it sounds like you've done quite well finding that good gear so fast. Sometimes I don't find a fireaxe till I've found just about every other weapon in the game. I often wish I didn't find backpacks so often. In my most recent life I spawned in, found several children backpacks, a purple Talon backpack, then a hunter's backpack all before finding sticks, rope, and a burlap sack. It's probably bad luck because IMO they are too common. PS: Try heading inland even if those towns seemed looted.

While I'm ok with people using either view I can't agree with 3PP being more immersive or even equally immersive as 1PP. The first firefight I ever got in on normal ruined it for me when I realized that firefights on normal = wall/corner dancing. It completely destroys the mechanics of firefights and lessens the usefulness of using proper tactics. Felt too silly to ever go back to. :P

Oh sorry, I misunderstood. I'm still a little confused though as I have never seen anything for the .22 until this patch (0.42)

It's in. Animals, however, are not yet in game. Also noticed that the changelog says water purification tablets now work and remove cholera from water, but I have yet to test any pond water to see if I get sick. Anyone try this yet?

Yeah, I've found a few laying around. Already have too much guns & ammo on me though, lol.

I haven't experienced any bad desync/rubber-banding as of yet. From time to time the hotkeys weren't exactly quick to respond but that's about it.

Not getting this, though it's happened to me in the past. Try logging out and back in. I'm looking around for that new town that was mentioned somewhere on twitter.
