same here, i have a 7770 with 2 gb and 32 gb of RAM, and getting the same thing, was fine yesterday looks like it happened after the hotfix that went in this morning.

Sometimes when you bleed a lot from whatever, even if you bandage yourself up you will still moan for a while. Logging won't stop it. Is your vision a little less clear? This would indicate it is from blood loss too.
