You don't need to hand cuff them, just convince them to stand still. We tell people we are friendly and take them to a well, then tell them they can get an infection from the well and I need to give them some disinfectant to protect them. Amazing how well it works. You can do all kinds of things to people if they think you're friendly and they're knelt down drinking from a well. Or as we call it, an "altar of hell." Once they've drunk the windex, its pretty much a death sentence even if they change servers. We consider any successful windex administration to be a sacrifice to the death god. We usually wait for them to throw up once before we axe or shoot them if they stick around.

I made three sacrifices to the god of death while wearing it. One I axed while he was drinking from our well, one I shot in the head with a mosin while he was drinking from our well, and one I shot in the face with a mosin while he was asking if we killed the people at the well. He knew too much. Another guy was the only other person on a server with me while i was hopping for loot, and I got the drop on him at balota airfield and lit him up from behind. It's been good luck so far!

Has 6 slots instead of 8 that the UK/tac ones have. It's my lucky vest, i usually wear all camo buy i've held on to it. I can't remember exactly where i found it, somewhere in elektro, maybe the firehouse?
