I heard a map of Chernarus is pretty saught after? Is it hard to find? I only ask because I have one...

So i was an idiot and jumped off a stairwell. Now I can only crawl....Is there somthing I can do? Or am I pretty much dead now? I have a map by the way and dont realy want to die.....
