Basically, I've had the same character for 3 days after my first death. So, on my second life I traveled the entirety of Chernarus and was equipped with full military gear (I will list it below this). My friend died from a Uber-Zombie in NW Airfield so I was running down to Chernogorsk to pick him up. Well, some, more then likely, newly spawned player in the town just west of Chernogorsk that starts with a C (The Map both for game and mod don't have the name of the city) found himself an M4A1 and luckily a clip of unknown size to me. So, I see 2 bullets hit the ground about 2 meters to my left and I ducked behind a tree. About 5 more bullets were shot all around me, and I moved to better cover. Just as I got behind my rock a stray bullet (probably the Eleventh or so) hit me, more then likely in my leg. DEAD! I saw the white letters on my screen. "You are dead". I was in shock, and more importantly in grievance. Shortly after that I looked up the gun damage and rarity of the M4A1 (I had been using an M4A1 at the time, and for a while. I knew the sounds of that gun well) and it's a COMMON weapon that will ONE SHOT KILL you on either Head or Body. I can probably guarentee that I shed a tear at that moment. So, with all of that, I would like to make a suggestion as well. Gear: (Pristine) Balistic Helmet (Pristine) Work Gloves (Pristine) Green Hoodie (Pristine) Green Cargo Pants (Pristine) Gas Mask (Pristine) Rocking Aviators (Pristine) UK Black Army Vest (May have the name wrong) (Pristine) Jungle Boots (Pristine) Mountain Backpack I had been military grade (though clothing isn't that military) and very well geared. I'd taken my time with 3 days to make myself into a really good player. And I died in one hit. My Suggestion is to possibly add in Armor values on equipment such as the Ballistic Helmet. Or the UK Army Vest. And please reduce the damage rate on M4s as they are overpowered as a common weapon. I also suggest adding military clothing that has an armor value to it. And it's condition such as Damaged or Pristine would attribute to it's effectiveness/durability. And when having gotten hit specifically that piece of equipment would get damaged down. Again, I was one shot in the foot by a newly spawned player with an M4A1 when I'd taken time to get good. Please read this and reply.
