The most pitiful combat logger ever

I believe both of these things are being addressed in the coming patches the latter definitely in the next patch

A n00bs first impression of Dayz

Really refreshing to see this kind of response from a new player, nice that you take even the somewhat frustrating parts and enjoy them.

How not to Rage losing a fully equipted character

Losing gear is a part of the game learn to expect it, but I don't really see why people rage anyways guess I'm just laid back but I normally shrug it off like Jesus did with the the crucifixion

Why is the world of dayz so static ?

This is thread is so pointless and you try to validate it by saying don't respond with the games in alpha excuse, I see so many threads that have that first as like a disclaimer and then go on to moan about things things as if they are playing a triple A title that has been in design for 3 years and has had a massive budget with a hoard of people designing and programming it, this is Day Z Alpha meaning it is in it's earliest stages of development, I'm not saying that the things you mentioned should be added or even that they will be added, but it is pretty clear that if you wanna start playing this game at this point in it's development, then you should only be here to point out bugs and help in the game development not expect it to be a fully fleshed out experience. Now don't get me wrong Dayz is not perfect there are alot of problems with it bug wise, but it has so much potential with the frame work that they spent the past year developing that with patience I believe it's going somewhere, just not where you want it to go.

Hacking I'm F^&king tired of it.

Hacking is a major problem in the whole industry and you're right it is so frustrating to be killed by a hacker when you have put hours of time into gathering stuff just to be so cheaply killed. I have not personally encountered the hack you mention but I have died to hackers since release nowhere near as often as the mod which shows that there has been a lot of improvement in that area in my opinion any way and I believe more work is being implemented in the future to also detect those using hacks which would be nice. The big problem with hacks and hackers though is that it is an ever evolving problem as companies fix issues and improve security hackers will always find ways round it so it will be an ongoing issue.

[OUTDATED] DayZ: The Ultimate Loot Route

You're right there, if me and my group get bored at all or can not find any bandits, we just head down to Balota Airfield, almost always guranteed to run into some douche bags shooting new spawns the problem is when you clear the bandits out other players are attracted to the shots and believe your the bandits, so most of the time we leave sharpish once we dealt with the bandits or it just turns into a right mess.
  7. I want to leave a small message to my killer as they will be the only ones that read them, I'm not 100% sure what I would write but something to leave them either guilt ridden or laugh, or maybe even try a chain letter that people can add to once they have killed me so they can pass it on to someone else who kills them somewhat like the film Pay it Forward with more death and violence involved and less bad acting.

[OUTDATED] DayZ: The Ultimate Loot Route

A very nice route and a well laid out guide for new players, only thing I would add is that there is a police building (the one with a jail cell inside that can also be found on Balota airstrip) in Dubsky not far from the garages which is always a great place to search for possible ammo, m4A1's and other military loot before you head out of Dubsky.

    Possible Hunger/Thirst Improvement.

I like the idea, allows for efficiency the only problem is I would like to be able to turn the percentages on or off for more immersion.
