Find me on TS or in game (name ShadZ) for a free ride round the island of Panthera if you have never played there before, I can point out some good spots currently unoccupied for a starter base or just answer any questions you may have. ill be on this evening (21st) and tomorrow evening (22nd) and Sunday (23rd) the majority of the day and night (GMT)

To answer a couple of questions the server is based in Europe with good pings all round, a lot of Americans play on all 3 servers and yes tow/lift is enabled.

Big spike in players over the weekend for Panthera. Come online and get a head start! Download the Panthera epoch mod from dayz comander!! search DOS in dayz commander or use IP 62.210.189.266:3302 to connect directly.

FYI search IP or search [DOS] to find the servers easier. For panther you now need the "epoch panthera" mod in the install menu.

Had great night on Panthera last night, Admins came on and set up a race, it was sooo funny using meditanks on a set course with running commentary from Joey. Were rebuilding the population on Panthera so get involved, plenty of friendly's willing to help you out, teaming up for ai missions etc and a few bandits to keep you on your toes. GET INVOLVED!

Im looking on upgrading my system and the game I play 90% of at the moment is dayz mod but I would like to get bf4 at some point. current spec i5 2500k Sandy @4ghz artic cooler freezer 7 pro Asus vento m1 case gigabyte z67-d3h motherboard 8gb corsair vengeance ddr3 1600mhz 640gb western digital black ed gigabyte gtx470 Proposed upgrade. Fractal design r4 case Corsair H80i (go for 4.4 - 4.6ghz) GTX 770 4GB Crucial m500 240gb Will this be worth it, people seem to think when overclocked the cpu is still not worth upgrading just yet. the crucial m500 is £35 less than the Samsung evo or does the extra speed justify the price. also is the 4gb card worth the extra too as its still a lot cheaper than the 780. Am I going to get a large increase in performance with this upgrade or wait and upgrade to z87 and 4770k? Thanks in advance guys

Absolutely love your servers, Panthera is such a laugh, the mission system has brought so much fun back to this game. Admins are always there when you need them and devs seem to work constantly to keep the servers up and running. Absolute respect to you guys <3 Keep up the good work Shadz

We should always support modding no matter what game. Though I would rather see epoch etc focused on arma3 as this game will look pretty dated in a few years time.

And I take it unless your problem is other people having the fun the way they like is that you have the assumption it thins out the players on the servers. Then I would say there are a lot of people who may not play at all\if not as much if there are no private hives\custom servers.

I think I would just ask for stability before anything else. dieing for no reason/glitching through walls and server timeouts are still too common. After that melee combat to actually work with a chance to jump back or dodge would be nice. Then fix the zombies ai before adding more. I'd like to see changing weapons become a lot more fluent as at the moment switching from a gun to an axe when a zombie is running towards you makes me wanna cry.

Happened to me today, just got onto the second floor and it came up you are dead. I could see through the dark background I was lying on the grass outside. Did piss me off after 3 hours of looting!

I'm sure most people have worked out its easier to have the website map up in back ground and just minimize. So may as well add the whole one rather than parts.

No as people would have storage chars if on the same hive.

If you want to play "standard servers" then join standard. If you want 24/7 day then join day, hero/villains play... What is everyone's problem with letting people do what they like. It really shouldn't bother you so much you sad fuckers.
