    I like the patch, just there are some major bugs in it. You throw up from being stuffed and when you do it still says "stuffed" and thirsty. Stuffed means full of water but the thirsty once you thrown up is wrong your actually hungry.

    I died up stairs in the prison just got done eating my last bite of painkiller went upstairs got into the room was about to leave then died.

    But you should only KOS if they have a gun. Killing a fresh spawn is just down right cold.

    Dude, it's Alpha, half the loot and gear are not even in the game yet. I would say like 10% of the gear is implemented. Wait for Beta things will go and be a lot better. Full-Release it will be amazing.

    High Settings, around 30-60 fps, depends where you are.
