Its all the structures. I believe the city renders all buildings and there insides aswell, even though your not inside.

I like the patch, just there are some major bugs in it. You throw up from being stuffed and when you do it still says "stuffed" and thirsty. Stuffed means full of water but the thirsty once you thrown up is wrong your actually hungry.

Stuffed means water.

Dude, it's Alpha, half the loot and gear are not even in the game yet. I would say like 10% of the gear is implemented. Wait for Beta things will go and be a lot better. Full-Release it will be amazing.
