Also once server capacity is raised and there are more ppl on the server, am guessing people will spread out more and go to more distant locations such as Guba

The server owner sets a default time for server and its up to him to restart the server regularly so it does not switch to day/night

I dont think anyone is saying loot spawn on restart is a bug (when you restart the server it resets everything so obviously loot will respawn) They are saying that NO loot respawn without restarting the server is the bug

First time I played I also didnt know what I was doing, Anyway here are some basic tips: Weapons/Zombies: Like you realized, the firefighter axe is a good weapon. Its pretty common so use it as soon as you find it. One hit and zombie dies. You are faster then the zombie so make sure it does not hit you - hit the zombie, if you miss then retreat a little, then hit again. But be careful because many players go there Anyway once you play a few more times you should start getting more grasp on the game and be able to survive better

Say you are unarmed, what's the best way to run from: 1) A player carrying a gun? 2) A player with a melee weapon? Will different players have different speeds based on health/how much they are carrying/etc?

Do the different shoe types affect running speed?

I read somewhere that changing your steam name resets your character or something, you can try that
