another tip: Only eat rotten food if you have to, because it can make you sick. Also DONT drink the disinfectant spray! -

they said many times that they are working on having more zombies -
I dont think the survivor "says" he is full but just press tab to open the character screen And when you are no longer thirsty, the green "thirsty" note disappears from there, that's how you know

dunno if a bug but I've seen zombies enter through closed doors without opening them -
Whenever you have a symptom, such as "my stomach hurts" or whatever, check here: DayZ Standalone Symptoms List To get information on whats causing it and how to cure it. Note that taking the wrong medicine can sometimes worsen the situation!

Do items respawn? For example if I loot all the houses in a certain town, will new items appear at some point in those houses? and if so, how long will it take items to respawn?

servers that have a lot of people in them are usually day and servers with no ppl are usually night

What does handcuffing someone do basically? why would someone want to handcuff you rather than just kill you? Got handcuffed earlier by a bunch of players, anyway was curious so played along as their hostage and followed them around in handcuffs, in the end though they shot me in the head

yeah I agree, maybe increase the light magnitude a little and it should be good
