How are you launching Overpoch? It seems as though you're either not launching one of them mods or you're not running Arma 2 Combined Operations. Try launching it with Arma 2 Launcher: http://dayztipz.com/Overpoch-Launch-Guide.html

It seems that a lot of players who launch Dayz Overpoch with Dayz Commander have been having problems doing so recently due to the chaos relating to the shutting down of Gamespy and Bohemia's switch to SteamWorks. I've found that using Arma II launcher to launch Overpoch is now the best method.
