    Zombie Spawns

    Reading the forums and listening to interviews it appears one goal for the standalone is to increase the struggle of PvE action. According to Dean zombie respawn is close and I believe this will ruin everything he is trying to accomplish. Not only is implementing zombie respawn going to ruin the game but it is requiring a ton of work on the devs as well. I am completely fine with mass zombie spawns and hordes that have to be fought off. This WILL make the game fun, but killing a zombie is pointless if it respawns. I believe this was also the problem with the mod. If the zombies do not respawn until the next server restart the player actually feels like they have an impact on the game and are more inclined to kill zombies. This also allows players to clear a town out of zombies and set up a camp or something. If the zombies do respawn the players are going to do exactly what they did in the mod, just run away and pretend they aren't even there. Please please please rocket, allow the players to have fun with the PvE.

    Better handcuffs

    After trying to capture a few people to steal from rather than just KOS we have realized that handcuffs are a very obsolete way of doing this. Either the player walks a few steps and hulk smashes out of them (which makes absolutely no sense) or they glitch on him and we can no longer release him once we are done. Its evident that realism is the goal of this new standalone so why not treat its elements as such. I have a few ideas to fix this. There should be different levels of handcuffs - maximum security shackles that you would see on a terrorist taken captive, regular police handcuffs, and some homemade cuffs Spawns: These maximum security shackles could be found in the jails at military bases and such (however should be extremely rare) The regular police handcuffs would spawn in regular jails The homemade cuffs could be crafted from duct tape or rope or something Purpose: The maximum shackles are the strongest of the strong, the player restrained cannot run, use his hot bar, and possibly even enter his own inventory. Regular police cuffs only restrict the players access to using his hot bar, he can still run and escape if not watched properly. Duct tape or rope also prevents access to hot bar Releasing: To break the max cuffs the player will need a friend with a special tool or a key The regular cuffs can be broken out of with a hatchet or any sharp item and a key if the cuffs need to be preserved Duct tape can be broken out of with enough agitation such as the regular cuffs are now. Thats my thoughts on how handcuffs should be to allow people to become proper bandits instead of KOS blood thirsty savages

    Respawn Available After 5 Minutes

    My friends and I were looking forward to a long night of dayz and had even geared up with some nice looking M4's when suddenly, wild hacker appears and teleports everyone on the server into the middle of the ocean. One of us was lucky enough to have some alcohol to kill himself but the the rest of us were left out in the ocean still awaiting starvation. I understand that the respawn button is not always available so that people cant just spam it for better spawns but honestly, what are we to do in this situation. I think the respawn button should not only become available after the player goes unconscious or breaks his legs. After 5-10 minutes of in game play time the button should be available for that character. This would help the fight on hackers as one has already ruined an entire night of fun for my friends and I.

    Cherno Maximum Prison

    I propose that a maximum security prison be placed somewhere on the north east side of the cherno map. My idea solves a few problems: 1. Would provide some military/police weapons with a logical origin 2. Could provide better restraints for capturing victims(the handcuffs are nearly useless at the moment as they can be broken in just seconds) or provide a base(all the walking dead fans would be jizzing right onto their keyboards) 3. Would provide a reason for people to actually travel to the east side of the map, not very many people do and it really crowds the west and gets repetitive 4. Could also provide tear gas and weapons for mass clearing zombies
