As much as I hate to admit it, I really,really love the fnx .45. It just feels like a solid firearm. Couple it with a silencer, reddot, and flashlight, I feel like I can handle most anything within a given range.

happened to me twice on two different low pop servers. deep north, no chance someone killed me. least it gave me something constructive to do :p

you shouldn't pass up a nighttime server without giving it a chance. you'll be missing out on a surreal experience.

unmarked territory northwest of lopatino. i tend to stay deep north. this is one of the more popular northern sites. plenty of food, a construction site with as freshwater stream behind it, 9 bay storage unit, 4 lootable cars, a police station, and a train station.

no gamma tweaking here. twas a rainy evening with clouds. just have to take things slow, and remember, if it's darker then your surroundings, and moving, put a bullet into it.

Simple solution, play both! When i feel the need for deep, immersed survival, i stay on my selected hardcore servers. When i feel the need to dick around and relax, i move to my regular servers. There isn't a damned viable reason to only play one style.

So I came across someone who removes the carry handle of his m4 for close range fights. How does this affect the weapon as far as accuracy goes?

Yeah the deciding factor for me was the stopping power, range, and past experience. Finding an fnx mag is hell practically. Granted, you can single load it now, one pistol round isn't much to rely on. Sure, when you fire the .357, your announcing yourself to the world. You hit someone with it though, they feel it. They dread it, they panic, they run like hell. I've found speed loaders and ammo for the magnum almost everywhere, including civilian storage units. For an fnx mag, your looking at a police building or barracks. We know the type of people in those locations.

One thing we have to keep in mind, is Winter is Coming......yes, I said it...... Food should become scarce, people should become desperate. Dean said he wants snow, guess we have to wait and see ^^
