Hell yeah man I fully agree. It's really obnoxious when players' first reaction is to log out when being shot at. But, I guess it's just their pussy-nature to do so. For the combat loggers reading this, I feel sorry for you, because doing what your doing ruins the game more for you than the person shooting at you, because it's no fun.

You think popular youtubers don't run into this problem? It's called editing that all out. Add my skype on my profile page if you want a group of so far 6 to play with. We're all having a good time.

If you microphone isn't working in game, you need to get that fixed asap. The default key-binding to talk is Caps-Lock, double tap to toggle. Make sure your microphone is set as the default communication device: 1.) Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound(Manage Audio Devices) > Recording. 2.) Right click your microphone, and click "Set as default communication device". 3.) Restart the game if it's open, and your microphone should be working. This is to ensure that the maximum amount of people in-game have working microphones, as they are a huge advantage and a must-have. If you have any other fixes / solutions, reply and I'll add them to the post. Hope this helps, -Ryan

Dayz Standalone doesn't have side chat, so if you hear someone spamming, they're near you and you can just shoot them. Or, you can hit P, click their name and click Mute.

Just coming out of the military base into Pavlovo, then to Zelenogorsk is a huge silk road for new players to practice banditry on. Camping on the hill in Pavlovo overlooking the field that people run out of the military base to will get tons of kills, from people who have just fresh looted the military complex. I've tried it with a bud and had him watch the other side of the road, and we were pretty successful. This can also be easily done by camping on a hill overlooking Zelenogorsk, especially near the barracks section, keeping in mind that at least a gun with a 3.5x scope would be required. Let me know what you guys think.

Yeah, and if you're looking to max out your FPS potential, I'd grab an SSD, being that dayz loves to cache.

This game is very cpu and hard drive dependant. So it's very possible that it is indeed your computer. What cpu do you have, and do you have an SSD that you're running the game on?

Agreed with Duncan, a suicide option would be practical.

If you have an SSD, you should be perfectly fine.
