Removing the military loot from the south wouldnt stop people from killing fresh spawns. it just takes away the chance of a fresh spawn getting a decent weapon to defend himself with or kill people. lets remove all weapons and just have our fists and survival items! maybe then you people who think this game is a survival simulation game would be happy. -
ive never died to a ladder in 1st person or 3rd person.

a lot of you people keep saying this game is a simulation game when it isn't, according to the devs its "DayZ is a gritty, authentic, open-world survival horror hybrid-MMO game" no where in the description of the game is there the words "Survival simulation" or Survival Simulator"

in a zombie apoc. I would kill anyone I saw on sight if I had the means, then steal there food/supplies if I could.

your wrong for one big reason, the server they are renting is not for playing on its just to get gear so they keep everyone out who isn't there buddy. is it a retarded way to get gear? yes, are people stupid spending real money to get items in dayz? of course! but that wont stop them from doing it.

if you think the server hosting company is going to remove my server because I kick everyone off it your a fool, the devs cant/wont stop a person who is renting a server from keeping it at 0/40 players just so he and his friends can get some easy loot.

Join a server that just restarted, for some god awful reason they think this loot system where things spawn once is a good idea.

Towns are not the problem, we need a real loot system otherwise the only/best way to get gear is to hop on a 0-5 player server and hope it restarted within the last 20 minutes.
