I have 212 hours in game, first time I've ever seen this.. I don't like to be trolled man... Does anyone really know what this is? I was assuming hacks to be honest.

They can be blown up? This happened 6 or 7 times in a row man..

I'm not attached to the fluff, I want to try a shot at actually surviving on purpose lol... I was shot at way north just a bit ago, not around anything that would spawn military gear or weapons of any sort.. I like that, I can appreciate someone not shooting down a spawn..

People are looking at this like military gear + m4 or mosin is endgame... That to me is not the case, endgame is death in this world.. When you have "endgear" in most mmo's usually you raid and try to get better more pristine gear. This game won't allow that to be the case. I can almost undoubtly destroy a so called "endgame" equiped person with my bare fists.. This makes no gear worthy of end game status.. At no point are you end game in this world unless you see the "you are dead" message on your screen.

I just feel this game has so much potential, and will eventually have some serious depth to it. This isn't because of anyone, rage or anything of that nature. Survival has to be an option in the survival game, and putting me back on the coast after a day of hard charging isn't winning in that department.

I can find plenty of gear. I just want to really see how long I can live... I wanted to die yesterday to start fresh because the servers seemed to be coming around.. I stayed up till 2am gearing up on my favorite server only to see my body hit the coast just around the time I started this topic. I already have the essentials being an axe and pistol.. I've dodged many m4 rounds doing this as well. I love the game, I really do.. I'm just not wanting to get tired of it before it his max potential. I may go give the "other game" a shot for a bit, I know this is bad practice to mention it, but for dayz atm, I don't wanna lose my love.

Yea man, it's not so much that I mind gearing up again, I just wanna die naturally, To survive like i do basically gear up and get out, What really bugs me is this isn't happening to everyone at the same time, so each respawn I have to deal with kid's and their guns.. I'm glad that they manage to have fun, but it is just a pita sometimes...

I play full blast... amd 8350 8gig corsi veng, and a 7950.. fps drops in big cities but i've just delt with it, Electro and cherno are the one's that hit hard on the fps, but since its just a deathmatch there i seldom ever visit...

I was having issues with this as well. Basically I "heard" there were servers slowly starting to come back.. I bounced a few servers and each time saved them into my favorites. I would log out and log back into a server, right out of spawn, this way i don't put in 3 hours for the server to reset and put me on the coast as a spawn again. I did this around 4 or 5 times. I would run to the main road, log out, then log in.. If i was a spawn i canned the server. I ended up finding one that kept my position.. played for an hour or so and it reset.. logged back in, same character no respawn.. Like I mentioned above, you can't just hop out and go where ever, you actually have to find fixed servers.. It takes a minute or 3 but saves alot of aggravation in the long run... I just figured I would share this with you.. And yes, it is a daytime server.. You just have to find one. For those that are mad they can't server hop all day and find weapons to go spawn kill, to fucking bad.. Oh and the fixed servers, you know like the one's that save your toon, guess what? M4's are scarce, like 3 reset's in the NWAF and not a single one.. This makes me smile quite a bit! The kid's just won't have the patience to play when they can't get the cod weapon's right off the bat.. I feel fine saying kids... I'm 31..

I've been up at the nwaf and in 3 server resets not a damn m4.. I do have a 45 and 357 both with ton's of rounds. There really aren't any issues with that to me tbh.. I think with limited gear @ loot spots as well as servers that can reset your character if you pick the wrong one people will think twice about kos.. because having the upper hand now means you get lucky because the other guy might not want to lose his toon due to the server issues. I don't hop much and haven't since patch.

im in a daytime server? i had the night issues at first, but hell, once it doesn't work exactly how you'd like you want 30 bucks back? I bet you don't keep any game long if that's the case, suprised you still use steam to be honest. Just a word to the wise, if it's that tight for ya, maybe next time you don't spend your money on something that isn't finished up... Obviously there was going to be issues here and there man.. Suggest a day off, relax watch a show... It's not perma night time, basically all i hear is "If i can't hop servers in the daylight to loot up and spray bambi's then i want my cash back... Grow a set and play on a pop server, it's really not that bad..

15 mins is far to long period... 1 min max, you can't shoot once you've logged period, people will be able to tell... Why complain about not being able to loot? if you are 800m from someone and shoot them and you can't get to that person in under a minute then either it was to risky anyway, or you know that they probably don't have anything of value or at least vs the risk. I think logging out while bleeding should be instant death, corpse falls on that server. Same with handcuffs, because essentally when you log out your "gone" dead anyhow.. By doing this you do slow KoS.. Why? well bandits don't need to because if you log, I can loot you or just kill you, more than likely I'd kill you if you logged.. I'm not a bandit but this will help them make better less trigger happy choices. Also, if your super far away and you shoot someone let's say 500m, everyone and thier mother heard you gun... Are you really going to run out in the middle of cherno for a logged dude for maybe a few more moslin or m4 rounds when you know you can't alt f4 to safety? Maybe if you were starving you'd take the chance but who the fuck is starving in this game?? And you nutsaks want canniblisim, why? for what purpose?? Once the log is fixed, the younger crowd will rage and ruin keyboards and the game will start taking shape.. It's really that simple..

I will start. We all have end gear by now except for a few of the very new spawn's but you never know who's who until you go down and talk to them. I gotta say, It's harder to talk to people every day in this game since everyone wants your Gun/stuff regardless if they use thier fists or their gun, hell their shovel for fucks sake. Tonights log: I know there are a metric fuck ton of you that like to kill the newspawn's or just KoS in general. For those the kill for gear, I get it. For those that kill newspawns you will probably (for w/e reason we are on the same server) end up with a 7.62 by 59mm round in the head. I've been doing alot of observing lately. In these times of observation I've also been doing ALOT of killing. Because I suck under pressure, you probably won't ever see me in game unless you start flipping rocks. Tonight for the first time I took out a 4 man squad from the comfort of my "area". I started to realize that people for whatever reason decide fuck it I will go right back and Ice that dude that blasted us. Well, since this is a decent story I will tell it. I am minding my own shit, relaxing just outside Kamyshovo where I like to help the newspawns eat and gear up a touch, meaning should i find another compass, canteen etc.. Hell I even gave a dude an unloaded m4 a few nights ago. Most run from me because I carry the moslin on my back and am forced to hand carry the m4 (unless I've recently logged in without using anything/must be a glitch). Anyway like I said relaxing hell thinking of reading something in my favorite spot. Then I start to hear the sound of moslin fire, what do I see you ask?? A dude with a moslin running toward the fresh spawn he just killed.. He also had his buddy with him (at this point a fresh spawn).. For whatever reason (it's beyond me) he goes to investigate his kill. My next course of action is to open up the old bipod put her on about 200m and shoot the guy, kill a noob, die like a noob I always say.. not really just sounded nice. So he dies on impact, fell right on his face, it was a decent enough shot I suppose. After this his buddy decided, well shit, he's dead I think I'll try to creep up and grab his moslin. Though a bold choice from a dude with nothing to lose, I once again fired and killed him in one shot (this isn't really all that typical for me, not trying to sound like a sure shot or anything). Anyhow you get the picture, 2 dead and now Kamyshovo AKA spawn road is cleared. Well now slow night, so I go to a 38ish of 40 server same spot had some beans and started after a good 15 mins of chilling to hear alot of M4 fire. For a while there I didn't see anything and It seemed to subside. So I looked around and noticed a newspawn in town with a tiny purple backpack. I though, man, this toon I'm playing is a few day's old, but I'll surely be there soon enough. He make's his way slightly out of town and on the the railroad tracks.. Then boom he's gone from what seemed like a few different players spamming him uncaringly with 5.56 I assumed this fellow was swiss cheese. Once again, though he did have a small purple backpack, what seemed like 2 dudes hovered over his body.. They were talking about what a noob this guy was, part of me wanted to ask since they were in range of me if they'd ever heard of teamspeak, or ventrillo. I did not want my location figured so instead I deployed the bipod set her to 100m zoomed in really nice and headshot the asshole. I wanted to say something but no, I resisted yet again. A few minutes later his buddy is walking all through the woods just a-look-in for me in all the wrong places.. I'm watching him go up and down left and right firing shot's probably to see if I'd give a report back. Well no, location is key and he was being hunted. I turn my back on this guy for a few seconds because he appeared to be going in the wrong direction and sure as shit his other buddy is going through the inventory. Even with the other dude maybe 150m from me I could not resist such a good opportunity. I deploy my bipod again 100m and fire, head shot guy falls over.. Now comes for the shitty part. My phone blinks at me and since I figure that dude is still playing with himself I will look at my message. No need to mention this but it was my brother, yes he's doing fine thanks. Anyway, to respond to him in such a hot situation I figured I should just stop playing a bit, I hit esc and as I'm clicking the exit button the dude is going right past me to grab his buddies gear. I was like shit!!!! I went into my history which to me seems useless anyhow to jump back in (I play random servers and have only a few fav's) and finish this posse but I could not for the life of me figure out what fucking server I was in.. This is the best I've ever played, there is no hype here, it's how it played out for me. I could hear my heart chugging in my headphones and man, I fucking loved every second of it. I was so ready to be killed, though I didn't give a fuck, this was one on four.. I was getting those fuckers one at a time. Next.

Some people just want to experiance the game, regardless of what situation they're in... You can't log out in real life, and those shit talkers that are like 13 1/2 that say they will beat the armed individual to death in real life have never feared for their own life. Even an unloaded firearm pointed in your direction is unsettling... I could only imagine the fear of one that's loaded when your unsure of the individuals intentions, take it all I say... Maybe tomorrow you get yours, and maybe just maybe, by my hand.. I'll add an edit: If you get held up, loose a firefight, fall off a ladder etc.. it does not mean you need to (as kids say git gud) get good.. It mean's your luck ran out.. It mean's someone this time was playing differently. It mean's you were stalked, hunted or just sighted period. Alot of people get their little "feelers" hurt when this happens, but hell, you do the same shit. Nobody is perfect, nobody is the best.. Good because you shoot newspawns? Good because you shoot people from 800m? Good because you did better than someone today? IT'S ALL A LOAD OF SHIT TALK. If you ask me, get good by accepting the outcome of your encounter.. Get good by not logging out, get good by dying with dignity, or perhaps get good by living with a little humility. The game wasn't based on good or bad. In a real situation, most kids (I say this aimed at the balotafield group) would kill each other for being stupid (If their "true actions" ) were being displayed here. The world would be less stupid, and nobody would just kill for the sake of killing. The difference in maturity is very obvious when you meet other survivors. At the end of the day, it appears those who say get good are just cowards, killing people that never had any intentions of killing them.. The key to survival in this game is staying off the coast where all the lame garbage players hang out. With there "clans" and "bros".. I challenge you to actually play, and get good at survival, rather than telling the unsuspecting people to get good.. More than often the cowards hold people up for a little purple backpack with one can of beans a few rag's and a flashlight.. Worse part ever, there stupid inventory is full already.. So who really needs to get good?

That's the start, just let them run man, they have nothing for you... Assholes are the ones that should die, I've been alive with this character 3 days as of today, I've taken 8 lives from the assholes that kill the new spawns.
