I have a m4 with silencer attached, all parts are prestine. When I fire with or without the silencer it doesnt seem to make any difference, I also had a friend stand 50 metres away and he couldnt hear any difference either. Anyone else tested this?

Mine works just fine, RIS handguard and flashlight. I couldnt get it to turn on however, just read above that it needs a battery though XD

Is there any indication as to how often this game is going to be updated/patched? I really don't mind the current state the game is in (as I am aware I am helping to support an early access alpha) and don't want to sound rude but given the game has been the best seller on steam since It's release day and after hearing statistics like it sold 200,000 in It's first 19hrs (also they have made a ton of money from people like me who have pretty much bought the game twice through already owning the mod). I am really expecting the updates to be coming thick and fast, that is a hell of a lot of support and money to be making and compared to other games that have had a lot less support they seem to average an updates every 3 weeks. I understand It's the holiday season and the game has only been released just under two weeks but at the end of the day if you choose to release a game mid December you cant really use that as an excuse to leave it stale for a month. As I said I'm not complaining but after the support from the community, not only financially but also from play testing and bug reports, I have to say I would be really disappointed if there wasn't an update by 6th Jan and one every 2-4 weeks following that...

Server hopping is killing this game fast? This is an alpha version, server hopping wont be exploited forever, if you are quitting this game in alpha because of exploits you are a moron and the game will be better off without you anyway. You think this is the first (alpha) game ever where people have used exploits to gain an advantage, get a grip

I have been testing what makes your character reset (when not wanted) and it seems to be exiting on the "please wait" screen. It is OK to esc on the "waiting for server" screen but if you esc on the "please wait" one you are going to lose you're save. An easy way to figure out when its safe to exit is basically press esc and if the "respawn" button is highlighted and availible to click, DO NOT hit "exit". (I think the game basically thinks you are in an "unconsious" state but I'm just speculating) On rare occasions the screen gets stuck on "please wait" while logging in, be patient and this should eventually (after 40-120secs) either join the game or auto disconnect (which is safe and wont lose you your character) Unfortunately I have on one occasion been glitched on this screen while logging in (I know it was glitched cos the screen went blue instead of the usual black and I waited 3mins with nothing happening) and I lost my save when I pushed exited, there is nothing you can do if this happens, I have reported this in the "bug report" section. Hope this helps...

Isnt it the zeroing number for your gun? I only seem to have it when I equip the m4

I think this is caused by exiting when joining a server and it says "please wait" or whatever. Sometimes it can take upto 60 seconds, you just need to be patient. I was waiting ages earlier, I found pressing w to move forward made the game suddenly load edit: Just to clarify a little more, the "waiting for server" screen is ok to esc out of, but I think if you do it out of the "please wait" screen it is like exiting when unconcious and resets. Just a theory not properly tested got to much ammo right now to start purposly trying to reset my guy XD

Make players current location enique to each individual server? or would this enable admins and hackers to teleport...
