As i am one who loves writing notes, this topic deservers a bump. Furthermore please make unwritten sheets of paper stackable ( 5 to 10 should do). As i am hardly willing to use up 4 x 4 slots just to carry around some paper. -
correct me if im wrong, but isn't syncronised weather already implemented? (not talking about server time, just weather)

I had the same problem, Accidentaly been playing with todays experimental update on stable servers, thats what i think caused the problem for me. After i patched DayZ back to stable, things worked out for me again.

With Experimental being pushed to stable, i've got rolled back to my stable HC character (Same as the avatar) .. this is her right now: edit: Finally got hands onto an AKM to put my attachments on. ..

yes, thats a heli crash... don't take dayZDB maps for granted, they are just as much work in progress as the game.

find a black high capacity vest and ditch the Backpack as soon as experimental hits stable. My new character after the experimental wipe (hardcore). "Lenya" the wife of the huntsman of Vyshnoye, or what remains of him on that deer stand he took a nap at. Ever since, she's on her own. Grapped her husbands equipment and bugged out into the wilderness.

registering on the forums just to ask for pvp battles on experimental :huh: .... You guys should go up north, hardly anyone in elektro on experimental. Especially no geared guys. just too far off from the new implemented stuff.

I was yeah, but i adapted my movement really fast to the rubberbanding, running around obstacles, walking through doorways etc. -

Excessive leg breaking ? (Experimental Build)

haven't had a single leg broken in exp. so far, and im playing it for like a week and a half? :huh: -
i <3 tulga. it was my main camping location in the Mod, since its far away from any hotspot. geared ppl had nothing to do down there, and the freshspawns on the coast arount krutoy all either beelined for solnichniy suicide or kamyshovo/elektro.. hardly anyone ever came up to tulga.

While i agree with you that the SA has a very little and slow progress, you can't compare the manpower of a small studio with paid employees to those of the whole ArmA modding community from where certain ressources are taken from the modding pool and are just implemented (Skins, Cars, Scripts, etc.) .. The lession learned by the dev team tho, is that at a certain stage, at which the game hopefully once will be, you would not be able to develop the game any further without redoing the whole stuff on a different engine and starting all over from scrap. For example in DayZ Mod, you will most likely never be able to change your appreance without killing your character and spawning in a new model because thats just something the engine is not made for. So basically, at a certain point you will not be able to develop the Mod any further with innovative features that include more that scripts or model and skins. Thats where DayZ SA will shine in the future, hopefully. And to be honest with you, even tho that DayZ SA is bugged like hell, incomplete and clumsy to play at the moment, im still enjoying it more that DayZ Mod at the moment, because as stated above 90% of the Mod players are either on easy mode (minimal) survival PVP servers, or epoch build yourself unrealistic stone castle servers. The last time i checked for some interesting 1pp DayZ Mod server, i've quit my search after finding not a single server that is well populated and does not provide any sort easy survival and/or unrealistic scripts.

lootable zombies + unlimited zombie respawns = infinite loot... not sure if you people really want this. .. I certainly don't .. not aslong the Zombie mechanics are changed dramatically.

Until you go downhill baby .. Yeehaw! :lol: ... Would sure be a nice gimmick, but imho a little bit odd to see ingame. But i doubt creating a new animation for the player skeleton doing rollerblade swings and stuff would be easy going for the devs. I'd rather see them use that time to actually work on bikes.

The last time when i was driving up to Praha for a weekend trip with my girlfriend, i was really creeped out how familiar certain buidings and places look even tho i was not in the region the devs used as their landscaping model...

Don't ever reload your AKM through the scroll down action menu if you don't have enough inventory space to hold your drum mag Had the 75rd drum mag on my AKM with a 30rd. mag in my pocket. As i wanted to open a door, i finger slipped and accidentally hit the option "reload 30 rd. mag" .. I sadfully watched my character throwing the drum mag away in some random direction, during reload process as i had no 2 x 2 space available in my inventory to store it . Even tho i kept an eye on the falling drum mag, the magazine was not to be found again .. most likely slipped through the ground of the building :( To answer your question, i found my drum mag in regular barracks.
