How does that even make sense if I use a crossbow or a bow to shoot an arrow through your torso in real life you aren't going to make it.

In for Dayz on Forgelight. But seriously, the engine is sh!t but there is absolutely no point in scratching everything they have so far to just start over with a new engine. Better off making DayZ 2 or whatever after finishing this.

This is all it's ever been, from the mod to the standalone PvP is the only real thing to do in this game. There is nothing else, and there will never be anything else.

I never understood why they were in the game in the first place. From a realistic point of view I cannot imagine how you would keep a helicopter operational in a post apocalyptic wasteland.

I was in a small town in bumfuck nowhere east of the map checking out the walkie talkie or w/e its called that I just found. Decided to call out over every channel to see if someone else had one. While I was doing that I suddenly heard someone reply. At first I thought it was over the walkie talkie, but then I saw a guy standing outside the house I was in aiming a gun at me. Felt really embarrassed knowing he sat there hearing me talk nonsense to tin air :(. He let me go though and went his own way.

I don't like text indicators whatsoever. Should remove them completely and just have displays in your inventory.

In my younger days Alpha's were usually closed, and beta's were free to play. The fact that they charge a considerable amount of money for "early acces" means they have a certain obligation to deliver.

I've allways advocated that characters need to be server bound, and that servers should be hosted by Bohemmia themselfs.

They really need to bring the campfire section back.

TBH innocent people do get banned. Friend got banned during the mod days and he told me all he did was alt tabbing while playing Dayz and opening the command prompt. Maby he was lying but I wouldn't know why he would.

OP must be new to DayZ. Hero skin on every character yet KOS like no tomorow crew.

Don't crouch when going up or down stairs. Make sure you are standing upright, makes it alot safer.
