Respawning loot would be the best thing, also randomizing loot spawns even more would help greatly. Finding certain guns in more than 2 types of buildings would bring that elemen of anticipation back to the game. Rocket will do most of this shit I'm sure

All I'm claiming is that in Serbia or Russia, countries you were mentioning, people keep fully/semi automatic rifles illegally and usually with one or two clips worth of ammo. Ak 47s mostly. In rural areas almost all houses own weapons and they don't have shooting ranges like you do in US. They are not gun nuts but they do keep guns in case of real need. Keep in mind that mostly these are very poor people and weapons are from the Soviet era.
