hey guys, just a quick post to see if anyone else is experiencing the amount of solnichniy spawns that I am getting. Recently it's just started happening where I will die, respawn and keep respawning in solnichney after I kill myself, please don't criticize me for killing myself to get a better spawn, but I am just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. I know they took out the spawn at balota, but I also haven't been able to get any west coast spawns either.

Okay thanks man, this relates to another one of my posts about mosin spawns, and haha whenever someone talks about that ship I thought they were talking about the one at the island just off the coast of southern Chernarus.

I don't really think it's a bad spawn, it's just that I enjoy being on the coast, there seems to be more action and a more dense population of both geared and fresh spawned players, Solnichniy just seems to be far off from everything besides maybe North-east, but even then it's still a far walk. When I spawn in Solnichniy, I literally spawn there or in factory 10 times in a row.

Hey guys, just checking to see if anyone else is having the same problems. Me and my friends have been playing most of the day on 3rd person servers without any problems. The server we were on restarted. Next thing you know we cant rejoin, and come to find out no servers are joinable. It's weird it seems their is a trend that almost every server that we cant join are 3rd person. someone please help us! please try and shed some light on what is going on haha.

Hey guys, I'm mainly just posting this to see opinions and other cool ideas people have about loot spawns in this game! I had the idea recently and I'm sure other people have thought of this, how cool would it be for there to be random dead bodies of survivors past just laying in random places, some with loot? Now when I say loot I mean, categorized loot; Dead Soldier- on his body you could find Ammo, guns, or maybe even Military attire. Dead Ai Survivors (Ai meaning computer generated)- could hold a variation of randomized loot, food, drinks, clothing and maybe even guns. Dead Bandits or Hoarders- bodies could contain a very large amount of weapons and ammo, almost like and ammo crate. Now keep in mind this is just one idea, I'm just looking to see what people's opinions are!

so you hope there will never be any option to play a different map? To use different guns? To have different gear? I don't know if you realize what modding truly is?

Hey guys! Quick question here, just wondering if someone could help me out or direct me to a similar thread. I have been playing DayZ a lot recently and haven't had any luck finding the "Mosin" I have looked in a lot of rural buildings, not so much urban and I'm just wondering where the best spot to find the "Mosin" has been for you guys?

hey my friend is wanting to buy DayZ standalone, but his graphics card is only a 520m, his processor is an I-5 2410, everything is the same as the recommended except for the processor, would he be able to get over 30 fps with very low settings?

I know this game is also a lot of CPU, uhm he has played Battlefield 3 and call of duty on his computer, and this computer is his laptop.

Hey guys! just wondering if anyone knows of places that have military loot other than Balota, North West Air field and North East Air field?

I'm not sure what the Saline Bag is in-game, but in real life it is a bag of salt water which can be used intravenously. I'm assuming in-game it is used for cleaning wounds and or curing sickness.

300-400m is a really far shot with an m4, that's why they added the Mosin.

If there were horses, they would have to make infected horses.

Actually there is a good portion of Iraq that is forest.

Hey guys, quick question someone can hopefully answer for me. I'm sure it's happening to everyone else but it won't let me respawn. Earlier I posted about people's bodies disappearing after death, and the response was people "Alt+F4" when they die, but I really don't think that's what is happening. When you die, you can't respawn and you are forced to exit the server you are on. I think that is what is causing bodies to disappear on death and I was wondering if anyone knew why we can not respawn or when they will fix it so we can. Because of right now every time someone dies, unless they have a friend to grab their gear, their body will disappear.

Hey guys, quick question here. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, every time I kill a player, they will appear dead on the ground, Obviously, but one thing that I'm not sure about is how they seem to disappear when the person exits the game or respawn's. I guess this could be a way to help the servers from lagging, keeping all the useless dead bodies away, but it's kind of upsetting when I kill a bandit and go to loot him and he isn't there. I have also had it where it just shows the player standing up bleeding, or walking or performing some sort of animation. If someone could please let me know what's going on with this it would be greatly appreciated! ~Ray From Rodney

That is actually a really cool idea, I hope someone important reads this post and realizes how awesome that would be, unfortunately for us, the loot system will probably stay the same, Ex. Military Loot only at Military Spawns

It's kind of funny if they are in fact combat logging, because it happens every single time I kill someone and I have probably killed 30 people

The Mosin is a very strong WW2 Rifle, with or without the sniper scope it has the capability to 1 hit kill at long range. Also the fact that it is very hard right now for people to gain blood back, about 50% of the people you see won't have full blood

It's worth it if you want to support the development of the game!
