Well, for some reason this doesnt work for me lol respawned multiple times after getting killed and after going back to the place where it happened my body was always there. Btw, if they actually crash, their bodies will remain lootable and in place (or run/crawl/slide around ;)) for some time, little less than a minute in my experience. edit: that was when the respawn actually worked

Took enough 5.56 to the front to ruin almost everything in my backpack, then recovered to full health from painkillers and three bags of rice (all ruined) in about 40m, so no, "a" gunshot is defo not going to be enough to take you to the point where you have to use saline/blood. I'm not saying it's OP, since the bulk of the damage was probably absorbed by gear in this case, but it does need some tweaking.

Yup, same here, i only play on servers on my fav list, but i got back to the one where my char was alive and well. Try them all, see what happens, couldnt hurt, right? -

Got mine back. Get your own "whitelist" by using the favourites function, logging in back to the server i was on earlier helped me get my old char back, not sure if they're gonna do a full wipe tho. -
How about Balota airfield military loot getting removed?

So you remove military weaps from the coast, spans will be killed with mosins... If someone wants to kill fresh spawns, they'll do that with military loot or not. Besides, Zelenogorsk is not too far from the coast and neither is the new military base NE of Kamenka. Personally, even if I ever got killed on the coast with an M4 (which has never happened in 50+ hours) I'd still think Balota should stay. It has always been a dangerous place, but defo worth the risk if you're respawning bc of the reward it offers. Having too many safe areas makes this game boring even with tons of zeds. -
You can lose consciousness from chopping a finger off let alone being hit in the leg with a freaking fireman's axe IRL. What really wouldn't make sense is getting chopped in the arm or leg, keep running, aiming and firing, then just get bandaged and you're good as new! Well, almost. EDIT: btw, if the guy i chopped up in zelenogorsk military installation in the last half hour is reading this thread, i'm really sorry dude, but you had your gun out and, you know... This brings me to an unrelated complaint: if someone is as good as dead and their game "crashes" the body should remain in game for looting.
