We are still up and strong, though due to recent name change requirements the server title has changed. Currently we are listed as DayZ CHI 1-1 - TFBlackjack.com - 24/7 Day - Regular 114557 These changes have caused us to slip down the gametrackers list a bit, but we will get back up under top 100 quickly, our server is running on 24/7 Daylight mode, resets every 4 hours in order to maintain loot and a good FPS for all. Don't be discouraged by the CHI, even though we are hosting in Chicago, you still get decent connection, I am physically in Hawaii and the game is perfectly playable for me on this server. its not aiming with both eyes, you only aim with your dominant eye. keeping your other eye open allows a smoother transition to scanning your AO for other targets in between engaging and as well, reducing stress on your eye that would be experienced if squinting with the non dominant eye (your dominant eye would squint to some extent to) but these are all conversations for another place regardless, this isn't the shoothouse thread.

I cant actually believe I read a post here with someone begging to be forced down to 15FPS. if this game ever ran at 15 id call it unplayable and quit.. that's nuts. As for the closing one eye while aiming down the sights being realistic comment. That's crazy. Im in the military, realistic is shooting with both eyes open at all times. I always qualify expert hitting between 38-40 of 40 targets. and have never once closed my non dominant eye. Im trying to keep in mind this is a game so either way your only going to see out of the one eye while shooting, (unless you have an OR or some other expensive bifocal optical realism device that I don't) , and moreso you probably have no practical field experience with an M4 shooting with iron sights anyhow.

1. When I die (or go unconscious and click respawn), I have to logout and reconnect, else I get a black screen that says you are dead. 2. Also, prior to a scheduled server restart, I was on a floor of a building that was maybe 8 steps up to the main floor, when the server restarted I was morphed down into the foundation, it looked to be clear area, but I could run inside the limits of the room (above me) and no further. I had a zombie with me, that didn't attack me, and anytime I tried to punch the zombie, chunks of cobble would fly. eventually I starved/dehydrated (3 hours later) (potential fix in the meantime always have the respawn option available)

In game RCON commands are available, the only ones that work as of today are #login (ADMIN PW) , #Userlist, and #kick (name, GUID, Player#) This is as of the 0.30.### server update
