i did it all, then i went uninstalled and reinstalled the game and its less laggy/bugged then it was but its not what it should be from the last 225hrs ive played this game >.> anyone know of a fix?

Nvidia GTX 760m and intel core i5-4200m processor

So yesterday i switched from stable to Experimental and then later in the day i switched back to stable. i played for around 20 minutes just fine then got off and came back about 2 hours later and when i got on the lag was so intense the clothes and gear on and around me was blurry from not loading, the lag was horrible. i verified the game cache twice and checked all my settings and then waited a day to try again and nothing has happened. help please kind sir and/or mam

Not sure if this is the right spot for the question but i usually turn down some graphics when i enter bigger parts of cities ( mostly south Cherno around Int Hotel ) but the question is, What is Vsync and should i have it enabled or disabled? im new to the PC master race

so i hear random noises alot and most dont bother me because they make sense but every so often i hear like a half zombie scream/noise, not a full one like its in front of you but a half of one like it dies immediately, but the thing is it happens every 5-15 minutes and it drives me crazy when im trying to be sneaky is this a problem i can fix?

So i never tried the mod because as soon as i found out about Dayz the announcement for the standalone came 2 weeks later so i read the beginners guide and how it said the punch zombies because its a weapon. Well when i spawned i was going hard punching a zombie but inevitably ran away pouring blood everywhere until i tried to stop after 20 minutes of 2 zombies chasing me to pick up an axe and kill them, soon as i stopped i fell unconscious from loss of blood i take it and i had to kill my poor character. First time ever playing Dayz and my review is that the game is amazing, just maybe kinda change the beginner guide thing about going Rocky Balboa on a zombie because i dont think it works very well
