I love all these bright colored hard hats and clothes but would I ever wear them??? God no. I still remember crouching at the NEAF near a bush and this guy just ran straight past me. Basically my camo saved the day. There is no way I'm going around looking like one of the Village People.

Maybe we could then go and visit a neighbors community and help them with their crops and we could be rewarded with some sort of currency we could call it "farm dollars" or something. We could spend the farm dollars on decorations for our house and stuff. Hopefully when this is up and running we could then have pet zombies that you have to feed or they will get sad and die we could call them zombigotchis. I hope you get your community and your itty bitty farm, because I will come along and burn it down. None will be spared - none.

The last thing I want is for DayZ to turn into some guild/clan game like WOW and other MMORGS, where the only way to get/keep decent stuff is by being in "team". I like playing a Lone Wolf and I think accidents aside you'd have just as much chance surviving on your own as you would in a group. Why? I'm less likely to be spotted on my own than in a group. When I'm on my own I'm totally focused on what I'm doing and I'm not distracted by chat. I don't have to take care of anyone else if they are injured. Every game where I've joined a guild/clan I find the expectation to do stuff, be places, help out actually takes the shine off of a game. I play comp games to relax and have some peace, if I want to go and have a social evening I'll head down the pub.

Had this guy in a yellow raincoat blazing away at me with his M4 from approx 100. Never touched me, (I wonder if they ever fixed the prone bug with the M4?). He then combat logged.

Found a couple of M4's at schools. Tis a crappy gun though so I left them.

From the 4 or so vids I've seen on this it's up to 60 rounds but only a couple of hits with the mighty Fire Axe.

Seems to have rolled back my character to the semi-geared up one I had before all the trouble with the constant wipes and resets. They have possibly fixed the issue.

Mine lasted ages and it was ruined.

OK guys I can't test out the game if my character is being reset every 12 hours or so. Look we've all done new spawn to death. I was in the middle of trying out shot guns, trying out the night servers and lighting also, (as I know that ain't popular). I can't do this if I find myself back on the coast every few hours.

It's a Sawn off not a sawed off you Slags..... The staple of every British Bank Robber of the 60's and 70's. Just tried out the sawn off - crazy weapon. Was tailed by 4-5 Z's, (rounded a few up to test the gun), running around with x2 cartridge speed loaders lol, 1) fire gun, 2) take out spent loader, 3) replace with new loader, 4) fill up old loader, 5) fire gun. Got there in the end but anyone watching would have laughed hard. Also It takes up way too much space in it's present form. Remember this "shoota" was often carried inside jackets in the movies. If we are going to have sawn off shot guns then we need a decent faux suede car coat to go with it like this gentleman. If not maybe a Mad Max Style Holster, craftable? So is the SKS and AK out yet? Not found either.

Night servers have grown on me, but only with a weapon torch and headlight, (can't be doing with the gamma thing), Looting a building in darkness does add another level.

Both HC and Norm characters rolled back, (jeez that was about the most perfect setup I ever had). An age to get onto a server and then rubber banding to the point of stupidity. I noticed a big population drop on every server and then it was back to normal. Ah well back to square one, if I can get on a server that is.
