A zombie once died after tripping on a hay bale outside a farmhouse. Also, if you pull them out of a city into a forest, they will just trip and die, as if there was a force field.

I understand that some people find it "immersion breaking," but i'd rather have fluid control over my character than be forced to sluggish movement. (Which didn't feel like realism at all anyway. Just an Arma 2 leftover.) And i really don't see how this is CoD-ish. Games are games, you are supposed to be in control of your own character in order to survive. Though, what i would like to see is a slower turnspeed tied to the weight of your weapon/the gear you are carrying. Made a little differently though, since the current system was horrible.- 40 replies

Should have removed the pen from your bar before posting this up to make it look at least somewhat legit-ish. EDIT: Uhh. Red pen and black text. Is there a color variation, or do all the pens write in black. -

Sweet. Would also love to know if the loot is spawning in hunting towers now too? (Those pesky wooden stands in the woods that spawned DMR mag's and such in the mod.) Sounds like they reduced the zed's to make more loot spawn in certain places. What i remember, they did have a certain limit on Z/Item spawns. (Which they are trying to get rid of.)

Sooo.. can someone clarify this for the simple minded? Is the gear actually respawning without the need to reset, or is it still the Spawn on restart?

Are the Devs aware of the lack of loot spawning?

They probably had to remove loot from other locations again to get items to spawn in the surrounding areas of the town in Guba (Sorry, forgot the name :<) OR, they got removed by accident because of the new location. -
Can anyone justify the low price of this game anymore ?

Would make sense. If i was a game developer, i'd just increase the price before a big content update. (Combined with a Holiday of some type. Christmas, maybe? But i'm just a greedy fucker like that.) But like it's been stated, i doubt it's much for the cheaters to buy a new copy of the game, since they are already paying a monthly fee for their cheats. -

I really hate to draw this card, but alpha. Everything is set to change. It'll come when it's time. Implement the base, and finetune everything after. That's how i see it.

Oh and guys, if you haven't noticed, the patch reset the startup parameters of off Steam.

I'm pretty sure this has been discussed many times already, and that the dev's are aware. (Though, i have a feeling that the current M4 is just a placeholder anyway, and like i stated, the pistols are just fine. But that's just.. my opinion.)

Seems nice. Defeats the purpose of using clan tag's on names, since if someone checks your pulse and you have one, they know that your friends are around, providing that there's other people with the same clan tag.

Insufficient Magpul parts. I'm all fine with the pistols, but the M4 has bugged me since the start. Always resorted to using any other weapon than M4.

It's not very often when people realize the team actually has other workers than just the server maintainer. Let's put the graphic's dude to fix the lag/desync and FPS drops! That'll make it go away faster!

Anyone else hide weapons to prevent others from looting them?

And i thought i was alone with my problem. Everything from clips, ammunition to guns and food/drinks. Trying to make others survive less. Though kinda defeats the purpose, since i'm always ready to share a can of beans/ammo with a fellow survivor. -
I actually had a nice FPS increase from the last time i played. Could also be the driver update on my NVidia card. Not entirely sure.

Like it's been stated earlier already, find a more safe spot to log out. Middle of the woods after waiting for a while or higher ground, 2nd floor of a building or something. Don't repeat your mistakes and complain about them, do something for it yourself.

It's nice to see zombies being a slight challenge for once, but the jumping attack is a pain in the ass really. Not to mention the rate that they make you bleed. Every other hit pretty much. -

Still annoying as all hell, but now they actually pose a small threat. If i run away straight forward for example, they can jump hit me easily. D: -

There is actually a source of fire. The portable gas one. I recall reading somewhere that it did dry off boots back a few weeks. Might try it on a jacket for example (When soaking wet/Damp indicator is active.)
