I wouldn't see playing on daylight only servers cheating. It comes down to preferences. Especially when im only able to play when its dark.

I think its more of a bug. If your wounds are infected, it wont show until you apply the alcohol to fix it.

It's better to let them take advantage of the alpha so the holes they inject their cheats into could be patched.

Never died to a ladder, but i did fall ogf an edge of a building, after the character decided to autowalk off the it when climb down was pressed. :(

I did understand the point of the post, a few wrongly chosen words on my part, perhaps. But point is, things can be done so much better. I believe the current engine of DayZ is so much more flexible for tweaks. And you have to admit on the ISS zombie pathing, that it isn't working. Not to mention the melee system. Compaeison, but theres a lot better examples to compare to. -

I did follow the developement of WarZ since alpha, and thats gotta be the last game on earth to copy anything from. Even though your list had couple valid points.. No. I also bought the legendary pack, and felt ripped off, even for alpha standards. -

I think that isn't supposed to be forced upon players though. I like the idea of some co-op, but some people just take carebearing to a new level..

Try vaulting while running at walls. Got me out. Though no idea if whacking my axe at the same time did the trick.

Tents give the realistic risk of losing your stuff to any random wanderer that passes by, so you have to use your brain and try hiding it from plain sight. That's what this game is supposed to simulate. Realistic survival. Having another account just to store pixels in a Survival game sounds just plain stupid. Especially since there's only a couple of guns and a small choice of melee weapons right now. Not to talk about Antibiotics/food/drinks that you can fill your backpack with within the first 30 minutes of gameplay. And i can't see how it turns out to be fun by hoarding stuff and sitting on it like a chicken on it's eggs. Also, i can't see why anyone would "hate" or "be jelly" of you having 2 accounts. Just proves that you have less of a life than others have, who can accept the fact that sometimes you lose your shit. Money well spent.

Don't remember if the Ship was in the mod, but it looks absolutely stunning inside & out. Very well put together, Rocket! Go check it out for yourself, it's above Berezino on the coast. I also remember seeing a post about it in the Dev blog a long time ago.

EVEN if it had more to it. I'm sure Rocket tries he's best to add more carebear stuff and co-op features, but it never stop it completely. I don't see how some bandit's mark or something among those lines would change anything. It's not like KoS can punish players for their actions, it's a simple advantage most of the time, because.. loot. Unless settlements are implemented that won't let Bandits enter (Rough example, just thoughts.) -

Fun fact, KoS/Random player killing is never going away, no matter how much you tweak the game. You see a player, your loot senses are tingling, open fire, loot, repeat. I try to make as much out of my "story" as i can, but at some point you just do it. Just for the loot or the feeling of insecurity when there's another player nearby. But there still are the exceptions, but they are slowly turning to the same mentality. -
Having your blood type in there would be a not so good idea i think. It's nice to have to figure it out first with the test kit. Would make blood donating too simple. Just my thoughts. And just to think of it, i have no idea of my own blood type in real life, either.

Could work if some body identifying skill/progression (I personally don't like having skill tree's or anything, instead an invisible progression, that you can learn things while living, just like the regular human being.) Realized my post went a bit off topic considering that the OP was talking about name identification.

I'd imagine people would just throw it away since it takes the extra slot. At least i would, unless it was for RP'ing or something. But yeah, decent idea. Or maybe a sort of.. dogtag or something, which only takes a slot on your neck in the inventory? It doesn't have to be so realistic in my opinion.

So i have ran into multiple instances where i had my Headset unplugged and couldn't VoIP chat, so i tried resorting to typing in the Direct channel. (Don't like the VoIP that much either. Hardly can figure out what someone is saying.) Every time i do that i hear no reaction/answer to questions/speech. Can other players see it, or is it just that you're kinda like.. talking to yourself? :huh:

Yeah, figured. There's a few glitchy spot's that make you feel like falling through the ground, too.
