In all honesty, why would anyone want to pay an insane amount each month just to host a "friendship and butterflies, holding hands at campfire singing songs" type of server. I'd get bored in 5 minutes. And all those "private" servers who kick everyone out.. Jesus. They are gonna lose their loot at some point anyway. Due to wipe, or death..

Sounds like a great idea. I'd love to run around trying to combine different items and see if they fit, for example. And the current experimental patch has some un-mentioned stuff in it already. :] -
I doubt respawning is the case. I'd see the developers announce it instead of leaving it in to the shadows for people to notice. Just some people leaving behind stuff. Just like me, eg. when i'm hunting for a Pristine hat for example, i just leave everything i don't need behind. ^_^

I don't feel like reading the whole thread if someone answered this, but it is simple the fact that you are supporting the developing of the game by buying it in Alpha. (It's also cheaper, which is a bargain..) So that way Rocket can hire new staff members (Possibly) to do things better! I'd assume that'd be the case really. And like Rocket stated himself, he tries to tell people not to buy into the Alpha.

Once the map get's expanded, i'd love to see vehicles. It's really a bitch to walk up all the way to the top of the map. Make them rare, but nothing like ultra rare. And they should require repairing, unless you are really, REALLY lucky and find a working vehicle. Basically like it worked in the Mod. And why are people trying to make vehicles so damn cryptic? You don't need to be an Einstein to maintain a vehicle and repair it. Use the manual. :]

Correct, i ran through the Chernos firehouse, and found 1 FNX45, 60 bullets and 2 mag's. Pretty convenient if you ask me!

I may be special or something, but i reach a stable 60 fps (in towns, eg. Cherno) with a Gigabyte OC GTX 670, i5 3570k ivy and 8gb of ram. Have you guys tried using the startup parameters/config optimizations?

You can also try rolling and disconnecting if that doesn't work. Or find a laggy server and vault around while running.

Oh wow. I was pondering if i should buy Rust, but that just changed my mind. So there, the character stays in the server until you log back in? (Sorry for OT)

So as 1st person only servers are implemented, why not add the ability to break mirrors and have the ability to take a fragment, then use it to peek around corners in safety. I probably wouldn't use it myself, since the Q & E peeks are safe enough for myself, but some people would surely use them for the added safety in firefight situations etc. (AKA, only putting out your hand, instead of your head.) Could also be used as "sunlight signals" (If that is the correct word what i'm looking for.)

It does in fact show up. It's just very hard to explain it to a person who hasn't seen the indicator pop up yet. Just eat & drink enough, not too much. It will eventually come. I usually manage to get my character to healthy in like 5 to 10 minutes into the game.

Stop eating & drinking after the "you're full message." And the healthy indicator doesn't come if you only drink. You need to eat also. (just realized that you mentioned drinking & eating. my bad.)

That is because your wounds are dirty. Clean them with alcohol. How do i know? When your character makes grunting noises, it means just that. It doesn't show as a sick indicator or anything. Only AFTER you have applied the alcohol.
