A zombie once died after tripping on a hay bale outside a farmhouse. Also, if you pull them out of a city into a forest, they will just trip and die, as if there was a force field.

I understand that some people find it "immersion breaking," but i'd rather have fluid control over my character than be forced to sluggish movement. (Which didn't feel like realism at all anyway. Just an Arma 2 leftover.) And i really don't see how this is CoD-ish. Games are games, you are supposed to be in control of your own character in order to survive. Though, what i would like to see is a slower turnspeed tied to the weight of your weapon/the gear you are carrying. Made a little differently though, since the current system was horrible.

Should have removed the pen from your bar before posting this up to make it look at least somewhat legit-ish. EDIT: Uhh. Red pen and black text. Is there a color variation, or do all the pens write in black.

Makes sense! So pardon me. I was under the influence that he CAN actually boot it up and do something, while my problem only consisted on bad resolution and crashes AFTER i got my PC up and running. Definitely a hardware problem, if i was the op, i'd just take the warranty and return it. :o

Sweet. Would also love to know if the loot is spawning in hunting towers now too? (Those pesky wooden stands in the woods that spawned DMR mag's and such in the mod.) Sounds like they reduced the zed's to make more loot spawn in certain places. What i remember, they did have a certain limit on Z/Item spawns. (Which they are trying to get rid of.)

Not having read the whole thread, don't know if it's mentioned already, but have you installed all the drivers necessary? Had a similar problem with my ASRock mobo (Or video card, not entirely sure.) The package should contain a disk with some basic drivers etc. Though, i have to mention, that the disk installed some unnecessary things, like XFast Lan, which caused my computer to bluescreen after turning on from sleepmode. Buut it could just be a broken part. Try opening the case and jiggling around with the components. I doubt that will void any warranties, unless you break them.

Sooo.. can someone clarify this for the simple minded? Is the gear actually respawning without the need to reset, or is it still the Spawn on restart?

They probably had to remove loot from other locations again to get items to spawn in the surrounding areas of the town in Guba (Sorry, forgot the name :<) OR, they got removed by accident because of the new location.

Would make sense. If i was a game developer, i'd just increase the price before a big content update. (Combined with a Holiday of some type. Christmas, maybe? But i'm just a greedy fucker like that.) But like it's been stated, i doubt it's much for the cheaters to buy a new copy of the game, since they are already paying a monthly fee for their cheats.

I really hate to draw this card, but alpha. Everything is set to change. It'll come when it's time. Implement the base, and finetune everything after. That's how i see it.

Oh and guys, if you haven't noticed, the patch reset the startup parameters of off Steam.

I'm pretty sure this has been discussed many times already, and that the dev's are aware. (Though, i have a feeling that the current M4 is just a placeholder anyway, and like i stated, the pistols are just fine. But that's just.. my opinion.)
