It is very likely that you would be able to find rain poncho In a realistic apocalyptic world. The only way this is a not a good idea is if the rain (ingame) does not effect your character, and from what I have heard it should effect you character in the way that you can get "sick". What I think you are complaining about the look of the rain ponchos.

I just read a thread with the same problem post. It seem to be a more and more common problem, and I am sorry, but I cannot help you.. Remember the game is still Alpha, but it is good that you post problems on the forum so the devs can fix them. Edit: The reason why the "Respawn" button is grey is because you are not dead or unconscious.

Hey. The game is still in alpha. Currently there are no way to invite friends to a group or a party. And I am not sure if there will ever come a system where you would be able to invite players to your group or party. Yes I completely agree with you. As I mentioned I am also new to the game, but I do not find it hard to acquire gear such as; Food, meds and weapons. New players should not buy the game if they cannot be patient; -

I have not found any hospitals "north west side" myself, but I also tend to find medkits in houses and barracks. -
