in all the time this has been implemented, I have had to wait once... for 4 minutes. When I relogged 2 mins after joining a laggy/desyncing server. Very small price to pay to stop ghosting & serverhopping.

I like the rain. I do think we need disposable/hiking ponchos or raincoats that can be rolled up into 1 inventory space when not being used but go over your clothes and have no slots. otherwise by the time you carry a raincoat, matches, gas stove, fire wood, can opener, wellies, first aid kit, cooking pot, canteen, sewing kit.. Etc etc, where am i meant to store my beans?

I love when people say ive been alive for 50 days. Do you only play for 2 hours every second Sunday? Or 8 hours everyday? I've never had a character wiped either and have been playing since before Xmas. i just lost a 30 plus hour character to a glitch and then falling 5 stories to her death

The classification board did not distinguish between alive police officers and undead zombies and did not like the fact that the game depicted shooting riot Police. It was refused classification as it would set a poor example for young teens and Australia only had MA15+. No 18+. The gore certainly didn't help. I believe that was why zombies despawned almost instantly after killing them. I also remember that they had to rename one of the drugs used in the game and gave it a fictional name.

unfortunately some of the above information is not true. Even if you purchase said game in Australia and then it fails classification, Steam is obligated to modify your game to suit classification (or refund?). Left 4 dead 2 failed australian classification due to the Riot Police Zombies... Steam and Valves solution.. don't spawn them if you live in Australia.. but what this created was if an Aussie and an american played on the same server, then the riot police would not spawn even though they should in the american version. Gamer's solution... kick ALL aussies so riot police would spawn again. Australia has just undergone a restructure on classification guidlelines, while not completed, this should allow an 18+ rating soon'ish. For the last decade australia's highest rating was 15+ with all other games with gore and sexual content being banned from sale. Stupidest law EVER. Edit: just checked the Australian Classification Board Website and found this. Looks like the 18+ may be in force already Restricted categories for films and computer games The following classification categories are restricted categories. This means there are legal restrictions on viewing and/or playing these films and computer games. MA 15+ - Mature Accompanied R 18+ - Restricted

Finally happened, fell off the top story of berezino apartment buildings while playing with my inventory. Got a lucky Berezino Spawn and got all my stuff back.. Pants ruined and 3 lots of ammo.. everything else was fine.

I was in elecktro yesterday raiding the school when i heard another player, I look out the window and this poor guy is battling about 8 zombies. I stepped out on the balcony and used my shotgun and magnum to eradicate them. He says thanks, i say no worries... 2 hours later we're still running around together. There are nice people out there but you must ALWAYS have the upper hand before attempting to communicate.

where are you? and on regular or hardcore? If you're on regular up north somewhere, i'll come and give you a saline. my hardcore guy died the other night and has nothing on him.

I would like them to fix flashlights so they dont shine through walls and then lockout the gamma sliders.. They can make Night as dark as they like (although I would prefer to at least be able to see my outline) and make it that you have to navigate with a light source.. but that lightsource should not be a freaking lighthouse to other players. If inside then yes, it should light up windows.. not the whole damn wall. I quite liked the OP's picture. This.

i've been playing on this server for a 2 weeks or so but now it appears to be regular in my list.. not hardcore anymore.. you guys change it?

and some of us who don't KoS have shitty aim from lack of practice....
