Well...depending on your screen resolution you could run it,but with an extremely low FPS,I believe. I'm not an EXPERT when the subject is ATI GPUs but I did some research...and your Graphic Card is equivalent to an 9600M GT,which could run the game decently (depending on your game settings and,again,screen resolution). Due your lack of RAM,your game would freeze constantly,without mentioning your CPU,which is not very powerful as well. P.S.:This is MY opinion...I'm not a computer expert.
