Hey guys, I know there is a real struggle in DayZ with getting enough FPS to enjoy the game properly, so I went on a hunt to find a solution, and I have found one and created this short video tutorial to help all of you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gTMgi6e2FEE&feature=youtu.be I went from getting around 11 fps in Cherno to about 36. I've had the most fun i've had in awhile in DayZ SA. I'm starting to get the mod feeling back while PVPing in Elektro. I have to thank most of that for the higher performance boost by this tho. I seriously suggest anyone with sub-par FPS to try this out, if it doesn't work, just uninstall. Very simple, yet very rewarding.

I just ended up jumping off of the lighthouse cause I was short on time and wanted to meet up with some buds.

My clanmates who have some higher-tier rigs are still getting improvements, so i'm not quite sure, it works for some and others it doesn't.

Well this has nothing to do with the game itself, it shuts down unneeded processes, and performs tasks outside the game itself.

Netting is pretty common now on persistent servers. If you visit Elektro and go along the shore, there are 2 places with boats, you are likely to find the netting you need for at least a hood and a gunwrap. You can go get some more west of Cherno for possibly the full suit. (6 total)

I can confirm mi8's are still on non-persistent servers. Haven't seen a blackhawk on either persistent or persistent off servers.

The servers have been back up and fine buddy. The issues have all been resolved from what I can see.

We usually get a devblog on Friday's, sometimes later, but never this late. With the whole thing with Dean this week it just seems like it's important for them to focus on a consistent rate of development. Anyone know why we didn't get it?

I open DayZ, it asks me to accepts its EULA and ToS, and then it opens the update cmd prompt and says Failed to Install Battleye Service. Help please. (Also, I found just by clicking No I can join the game, but it says in the EULA prompt that I'm joining without battleeye enabled and cannot join battleeye servers.) The servers are very unstable for when I got in too.

fix only worked to get into game, never actually let me join a server. (unsolved again)

Alright, thanks man! Edit 1 - Didn't work, tried what was suggested on their FAQ, any other suggestions? it lets me play on the experimental, i'm just worried about when it goes to stable.

lol not at all. VSS in most games is a 2-3 hit kill. There is no way it compares to a .50 Cal Military sniper. The as50 was just a cannon compared to this thing.
