Probably, your gun doesn't have enough stopping power - especially in DayZ known as lag ... - and the guy you shot, shot you in the same moment. Not even unrealistic btw.

A shock does not have anything to do with your adrenaline or your heartbeat or something else. It describes the problem of losing loads of blood.

Well... there are loads of underaged. Why should anybody care? Yes, I would shoot you, if you wouldn't respond after some seconds, but that's just because you don't have a mic.

At first I thought, this must be a nice idea. But then I realized, that it would make it impossible for me to team up with my friends, if they respawned or I just survived for a few days more on this hive, before we play together. I there'd be an extra-"levelup"-hive, it could be nice though. -
Servus (^ _ ^ )/") What would you think about hardcore-LP's? As far as i know, all the DayZ-Let's Plays are in 3rd person. You could just try to make it a little more special and immersive by joining a hardcore-hive.

I think, it's a known bug. It's a very dirty solution and I'm sorry, that I've got no better one, but: Install the experimental build (Steam->DayZ->Properities->Beta). They've fixed - I guess most - of the respawn-problems with the latest experimental patch. Soon this build will go into stable. Yay.

I'm pretty sure, that the deerstands just don't have any loot. Just like a bunch of houses and every tent atm.

Lockpicking a heavy armored door can't be even harder than fixing a helicopter. Especially with a simple lockpick. Well... no... I do want to save the realism. And I'm looking forward to these DayZ, in which there is a realistic amount of weapons. -

In most games, just the stats count. Achieve your 2- K/D before they discover your gender and machos gonna hate.

Well, this is not Arma. Chernorussia is an outdated, post-communistic nation. So the soviet-ww2-guns have to be common. And I like it. And btw.: In the most countries the most common civillian weapons are very outdated huntsmen-weapons. The people in europe just don't hunt with their m249SAW. And don't own weapons for non-professional pourposes either.

There are no wild cows, therefore they will be able to milk. ..if YOU are able to milk it. But any surviver can fly a helicopter, too...
