the method OP is referring to is the Script to do with Cheat Engine, it only allows you to spawn items (I researched just like you) when you press Shift+P you get the item. This is not linked to the destructive scripts like teleporting.

Agree with everything OP said. The mod has become boring now (and yes we know its a fucking alpha) I am another who will take a backseat and check every now and then to see where this game eventually ends up. Until they find a way to unite all survivors instead of mindless sniping in the back of the head I wont play

Hi guys, Im having trouble getting the beta patch to work and was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem as me and has solved it? Basically I got the dayz mod working fine and can play on 1.6 servers, but after installing the beta patch (Build_93666) I still recieve the message ingame: "You are running an incorrect version of DAYZ_CODE..... (you are running version 1.6.0.1 and the server is running version 1.7.0) Even though on the front menu screen it says in top right corner: ArmA 2 beta expansion @dayZ Any ideas what I have done wrong? Thanks
