I used a worn scope, it does not affect the accuracy at all, try using a bipod for proning and test it your self. The guns is about getting the grip of were the bullet is going to hit when shot, you can do that and only you, teaching that would require a video. What I did is, Went uphill on a fresh server with a lot of mosin bullets, scope, and just shot down zombies from 100-200-300 meters (Wild guessing, ofc). Killing zombies with different scope is the best way to practice, at least it was for me. Hope it helps. The first 5-15 shots will require you to think, from there on it will just be automatic.

No to private hives, it totally ruins the purpose of survival and game atmosphere. Just log in to a server and hope you find what's needed to survive. Games nowadays are too softcore, which ruins every single freaking game. I believe server hopping should be fixed first and then the private hives, like a 10 second disconnect or respawning somewhere else when logged out and players nearby. Let us see what the staff throw at us as the game gets updated, let's just hope for the best =)

The mosin shoots 2-4 mm to the left, I tested with the long scope and this seems to be the case. I just got used to it and never miss on long-long range, moving targets, that's another story.

google has a full map of stand alone with key spots, such as water fountains, military base, cities, etc... why would it matter if the map is divided in 4 pieces, is just a game! There's no logic in games, they would be boring otherwise.

I never played the mod before and I was able to adapt to Day Z SA just fine, I even managed to kill a group of 3 on my own. I can assure you it's not the game, what the game requires you to have is geographic competence and being able to memorize key spots/places of preference. The game has still a lot to be added, but if I get easily frustrated by games and stop playing them for such, everyone should be able as well. There're tons of newbie videos on youtube and plentiful of maps on google, just read a town sign, look it up on google, go to a military base and bam! -

I thought it was the game as well, but you gotta understand the bullet trajectory from every gun. I found the mosin, you gotta' aim a little bit to the right from your actual target, the shot always hits like 2-5 milimeters left from the crosshair. The best way to get used to the guns, kill zombies.

It was steam, it went offline for a bit. Happened to me as well, don't worry. I just recently managed to connect, everything should be back to normal, hopefully.

Instead of providing a negative environment and negative feedback, just ask for possible solutions to your problem (it's a little childish your approach, imo). Try cleaning your cache, gamebooster, defragment, antivirus, antispyware, antimalware, update video card drivers, check the rams work properly, and so on. After that's been done, you can truly blame the game, however, you were warned the game is on alpha, agreeing to those terms you should know what 'alpha' means. :) /forcefeed Rotten Beans Deherp
