I've been running around Cherno with 5 other friends and none of us have found a vest in the last two days. I know it exists only because I killed someone with one (he charged me with an axe). I couldn't use it though because I only had time to take a center mass shot. Does it only spawn in certain areas?

I don't think so, I haven't been killing anyone who doesn't aim at or have a melee weapon within reach. Thanks for the help guys!

Any way to carry two weapons really. -
No matter how many bottles of water/cans of soda I drink my character stays thirsty. Anyone else experiencing this?

It isn't due to not drinking water. My guy can be full but says he is still thirsty. I could drink water all day long and it doesn't go away.
