From your desktop go to your computers control panel,under the display setting change the icon size to 100%. not in game just your computers control panel

found a fix in another post, in your control panel change your icon size to 100%. That fixed it for me

Mouse doesn't work on this game altogether but when I tab out it works fine (possible bug)

I'm Having exactly the same issue, I have tried various display settings and even tried a different mouse just on the off chance but nothing.
