Ok well for starters you can take off your shirt and tear it into rags. (use to stop the bleeding) As for zombies i would recommend you avoid them until you get some sort of melee weapon (Axe/crowbar etc) Personally when i fight zeds i run circles around them while i swing, It seems to confuse them. By the WAY WELCOME TO DAYZ :D Have some Beans ;)

Great! Looks like I'll be starving to death a lot more than usual....(If this was to get implemented) No loot=no guns= fuck that -
13m in a week try to thing futuristic ;) The number of gross I'm looking at will be around 30m. That is if 1million people purchase this game within a few months... remember 1.7m bought/ played the MOD, of course people did purchase only for arma 2 as well. Still a big figure is it not?

Once you get a gun or some sort of weapon. Yeah mate i bet it took a while... So in short: You met rangerHe helped you part of the way to get to your friend and during the process you got attacked by a bambi with a crowbar.You found your friend, started looting for weapons for self defence (found mosin-M4) ammoYou decide to run back and try find the ranger to give him some gear to thank him.You find his friend and meet up with the ranger shortly after. ( you thank him etc etc)then you go to loot a bit more and find a safe place to DC.End of story Did i miss much?? ;) -

Yeah that "space bar" Function confuses a fair few new players and can make the game difficult if your completely new. I guess when you axe is positioned in a neutral manner i believe you shouldn't me able to swing. Perhaps this may lessen the confusion ;) Thanks for your concerns
