I hear that there is a bug that when you wear a certain mask or mouth covering object you slowly get you blood drained like being suffocated... (Not confirmed just things I've heard)

I would say it's all about being a bandit that and KOS :D Ever broken someones legs out in a field Bandaged them up And then given them a rotten banana to give them the option to die a slow painful death or to risk crawling to the nearest hospital. Perhaps a bug.... try Verifying the integrity of the Dayz cache through steam ;)

If you check you Player does it have an Icon saying "Healing" you can only obtain it with high levels of food or water.. If no you will stay black and white :)

I am having trouble trying to understand the "Care bear" mentality.... In most cases on player would wave and the other will shoot. Well that's at least how i commit ;)

Perhaps the item won't be needed in the case of 3rd person... But maybe within the the hardcore servers where is Fps only.. ;)
