I am sure the amount of night time servers being played will be almost none existent unless night is forced Let the guys setting the servers choose i am sure the night time diehards will find there niche

IMO you should play a single player mod then Server hopping is fundamental to DayZ it adds to the suspense of looting a military base with the paranoia of being shot at anytime removed this game it loses one of its biggest appeals because i could just check my band width and know im ticketty boo to trawl the NW without and dramas knowing hoppers could drop in anytime i still have to use a bit of caution Simply go to private server that is what they are for . With out the ability to server hop you would not have clans or group play if no one could group up .Without clans you would not have people paying for servers . If you do not want things taken out of your "game" just play on a private you are still going to be pissed when you Raid a mil base and its empty but at least you can have a moral victory knowing it was not taken buy a hopper .

They are always friendly when you are armed and have the drop on them Just like i bet you are always "friendly" when some one has it over you Stop pretending like this is a thing . I have yet to be a part of or witness someone call "friendly" and the other retort with "NO" and fire on them

It spins me out i play on 3 private servers i have 2 servers im pretty well set up on and a server i use to test things and generally ass about Anyway spawn cherno from there to apartments with the school/hospital 4 boxes of matches The other 2 servers no matches at all so far

I was lucky enough to hit the lopatino chopper when the servers came back up there was a ton of ammo and a styer i have checked from time to time they do respawn loot but locations never change It is posted somewhere that the choppers are set on a much longer loot cycle than everything else

Berry and apple picking is very tedious now its like a 1 in 5 success rate and you cant spam it you have to play the whole animation so it takes a very long time I have yet to actually get to energized just eating apples/berrys at best you can stay off the yellow hungry til the next town it becomes a pretty torturous effort spending 20 minutes in each town foraging berries/apples Wildlife hunting with a bow take somes skill now too IF you can sneak up close enough to a deer to get into range to take it out with a bow which IF you take it down raises the next concern you can eat 4 90% steak from red starving and it will only bring your hunger level to the neutral blank indicator But strangely 3 human steaks can get your bright green granted this is all tested eating raw steaks as fire is now something only demi-gods possess which leads to yet another issue cooking implements seem to be non existant It is clear we are being forced to test survival right now which is not so much the drama for me i do not mind the harder survival Zombies would be the biggest issue i would raise and not even the crazy ass bitch slapping they do It is completely correct as previously post punching them is the most efficient way to dispatch them and i dont think that is anything to do with melee values or place holding it has always been like this Everyone spent so much time arguing bullet physics and weapons ballistics for mah realism that everyone forgot smacking something in the head with a boat oar is far more leathal than a jab to the face and this is something that has never been addressed to my knowledge It seemed the vocal community cared more about place holding ammunition being wrong and ruining there immersion because a russian round going into a nato weapon is absurd as oppossed to a crowbar being able to one shot a zombie/player Now there is fuck all firearms i guess people might care about melee and its bizzaro system just saying

Before i get potentially shot down for not being hardcore enough or a hater etc I do enjoy the latest patch as it brings me back to my 2017 days I am however of the opinion that we need an alternative means to light fires if the current state private servers are in is any indication of the loot/difficulty level then once disease are fully implemented no one will survive because everyone will die from food poisoning I would also like/request a means to craft rope with the means to do both you could truely land on the beach craft a stone knife and go fully native I feel with the alternative means to at the very least light a fire you could survive at lot longer and move away from the berry/apple picking simulator we have right now And to a lesser extent alternative means to craft rope would make hunting wildlife just that little bit easier But once again that how i like the game and my opinion Feel free to discuss benefits or drawbacks imo; i cannot see either of those features being a game breaker or promote any negative effect to the game i can however see the anti -game suppossed to be hard angle and the implementation of either would make it easier but that would only be for now

Wild life is pretty glitchy in the 2 servers i play at least. cows especially seem to get stuck on certain terrain i have managed to kill a cow with a stone knife while it is stuck in a running animation

seems vaguely familiar but i recall it was more along the lines of a certain server is rumored to have a guy with an alternator for a car or main shaft for a helicopter and i believe his intention was for people to get together and hunt this part down and take it back to there server Unless of course you were being sarcastic then yes you are 100% correct
