Yes, those are examples of items that are intended to be persistent, but we are still lacking a definition for the people who don't know. Persistent loot consists of items that will remain on a particular server even after that server has been reset. Persistent loot has nothing to do with respawning loot.

These error messages pop up on just about any server you try to join. I don't believe there is a way to get out of clicking that ok button... so sad

There are a multitude of ways to get music to play over direct chat, etc. You shouldn't have to buy anything to do so.

Most Arma based games take the Windows User Account's name as the main profile name as to getting your character on that computer, I don't really know. I thought characters were connected to the hive.

Don't put the bullets in your hand. Just drag them from inventory over your gun in the inventory
