Yeah, I'd definitely go with a CPU/MOBO upgrade. Looks like you pretty much need a whole new computer, mate! I'd go AMD for the CPU/MoBo if you're looking for cheap but functional. And, I'd go the I5 4670K route if you got the money to spare. And, if you're in the states, I'd go Nvidia all the way for a GPU because, thanks to cryptocurrency, high end AMD cards just aren't at a good price/performance ratio for gaming.

Another thing that came to mind, is I play with a few Australians and I live in Northern California. We have to find a server that we all get under 200 ping on, which can be difficult. I just see your system making it a bit more dificult to find a suitable server that we could all play on
